My TV stopped working on October 18th 2021 and I've made a complaint to the customer care since it was on warranty period. After making multiple calls and complaints, a technician contacted me on Oct 29th and I've shared my TV details and all other details and he said he have order the spare parts and requested me to wait for a few days. After not getting any response I've contacted the customer care again and they promised me that everything will be resolved by Nov 15th. So I waited another 2 weeks. Today is Nov 15th and i didn't recieve any further call or updates so had to call and complaint again and again. My warranty period will be over by January, are they making me to wait until that or what? Sharing my complaint token number below.
