[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Unprofessional behaviour and no response from service centre | |||
Hello, Myself Surya I bought Redmi Note 10 Pro Max in the month of July 2021 and recently my phone has stopped working and I went to service centre and I gave for observation and they have done something and telling it's a water damaged and that moment I felt like hell when they blame on me. It's a brand new phone and from the date of purchase I had issues like hanging and I was using like that and suddenly a the phone was struck in a single screen and it got turned off. The worst service I have ever seen in my experience and I want Xiaomi India to provide me with the compensation and immediate resolution on this. I bought this phone from Amazon.
