I ordered my Xiaomi 13 pro on March 6th 2023 and during checkout website showed i will get 10000 cashback but after placing order when i check with support team they are saying you are not eligible as per T&C. when i placed order there was no T&C available on website and after placing order Mi has updated there website with T&C, now as MI website told i will get 10000 cashback, i placed order

    I have mi note 10 pro max mobile. Mi users suffering from front camara problem since mi 13 software update. Mi also aknowledge this issue and declare to repair this without any cost but they not do this. When customer go to service they ask for 12000 rs if mobile is out of warranty. Problem is occurred by company then company must repair this with out any cost. About 90% users have this issue and they do nothing for this. This is injustice to customer. I want to solve this issue.

      Suddenly my front camara is not working. When I went to service center to slove this problem. They say it's due to mi 13 software updates. You have to change motherboard. Because of company fault why customer have to suffer. Company acknowledge this issue and declare to repair without any cost but when go to repair they ask for warranty. This is injustice to customers. About 90% user suffering from this issue. Company must solve this problem without any cost whether mobile is with warranty or without warranty.

        On 8 Feb-2023 my phone Poco F3 GT got dead after a software update after that i talked with POCO India 's customer helpline number but no solution found while talking to them so i visited your service centre on 11-Feb-2023 and after 6 Days on 17-Feb-2023 days i called them to ask about the update about my phone and they said i’ll have to pay 14, 000 INR for the replacement of motherboard as my phone is out of warranty.
        As there was no physical damage or any software damage done by me, i am not responsible for this issue and this problem occurred after software update so i am not going to pay this much amount.

        On seeking help from your country head of India Himanshu Tandon ' he just blocked me from his twitter account and while talking with your executive, during call conversation he said "Sir its an electronics item, sometimes it just happens" i Haven't payed 27K for this weak electronic item
        I have all the call recording and tweet proofs about these issues faced by many users like me.
        It's been 2 month and more and company haven't responded on this issue.

          I have purchased Xiaomi 11 T pro last month I have problem of display in that under 7 days. I have taken it to the service center but they didn't taken any response on it evey time they give any excuse.
          Sorry to say that but Xiaomi service center are not providing services. They are making fool of their customers.
          They replaced it which has dota on the display. I have given photo of that

            I am praveen, i bought mi11x from amazon 1.5 years back.Phone is getting lot of issues, its overheating and there is issue with the motherboard.Its the manufacturing defect with the mi 11 series, many customers have been complained about it, there is no response from the official sources

              I placed an order for Redmi 12 pro+ from HDFC bank credit card. Order was not placed but the amount 31698 got deducted from the card. I complained to bank's customer care. They checked and informed that the order was successful. But I neither received the cell phone nor the money back in my account. Please refund my money.

                I submitted my phone Poco X3 Pro in Xiaomi service center on 16/01/2023 as the motherboard of my phone was dead. They told me that I would receive my phone within one and half months. They returned my phone on 22/02/2023, but I have to submit it again as after changing the motherboard the camera of my phone was not working, more specifically the camera was not opening. But now near about 1 month has elapsed already and they are saying to allow them another 2-3 months for such repairing work. But without my phone I have to face a lot of difficulties. But no positive answer is received from their side. And also my warranty of my phone is ending on 02/04/2023. Hence if they take 2-3 months time to repair my phone my warranty period would be elapsed. Hence I am seeking a speedy repairing or extension of my warranty period.

                After my complaint I received a call from your end, you assured me that I will get my phone within 2nd April, 2023, as warranty cannot be extended from your end. But today i.e. on 5th April, 2023, I didn't get my phone back and the service center is demanding another 2-3 weeks and also they are saying that they have not received any official complaint for my phone. It is really frustrating, however I cannot afford such extention, I am requesting you to talk to the Barasat Service Center ( I am attaching its phone number and address ) and tell them to repair my phone within 2-3 DAYS or ask them for a REPLACEMENT of my phone of same quality.

                    Why should I wait for the product to return to the warehouse?

                    Is it because you won't believe in the logistics partner you've tied up with?

                      My poco x2 camera is dead after a MIUI update, i have reached to the service center and they are charging me to replace the motherboard, poco has agreed that the problem rised after an update and can be repaired, but still no response from Xiaomi to solve this issue from their end, Expecting a quick response to get this done from Xiaomi.

                        I have purchased MI Android TV from Amazon faced issue in display as it was not working properly since I had purchased it
                        So after many complaints it has replaced but facing same issue with this t.v also from October 2022 I am fed up with this issue replacement, service n all.
                        Yesterday on 16 march i again got service done from my nearby service center still facing same issue.
                        I just need my refund as soon as possible because I am not at all happy with your service and product fed since last 6 months not able use this t.v peacefully.
                        I want my refund.

                          Hello, My name is vaibhav and I had order my product on 4 march and today is 14 march and I haven't got any update on my product, it is not delivered to me yet. What kind of fraud Xiaomi is doing I don't know. They never supported on the customer service call and only says one learned line which is your order will be deliver today. As this was a prepaid order, my money has been gone and they are just fooling me. It's already 10-11 days since I ordered my product. But there is no update regarding it. I don't know why they are doing such type of things. The most fraudulent company I have ever seen. I want my money back, and I don't want any product from you.

                            This phone has severe black crush issue but the company service centre technicians are not accepting and solving it.
                            It is impossible to watch movies and videos at night especially because of dark black patches everywhere.
                            Xiaomi has not yet provided any solution for this problem and their customer support is the worst.
                            Also they ask to bring photos and videos as proof everytime wasting our time which is irritating.
                            Xiaomi must address the issue and stop using cheap selling methods.
                            Strict action must be taken against the fraud Xiaomi.

                              I bought Redmi note 10 pro max mobile phone from Amazon on 27/7/2021. I had no issues all these years. Suddenly, from 18/2/23, my front camera froze and stopped working. But my rear camera was working properly in the default camera app. The camera is totally not working in any other third party apps. So I Googled regarding this issue. There I came to know that Redmi Support India have themselves tweeted officially on their page on September 2021 stating that Redmi Note 10 pro/pro max phone were getting crashed after their Android 13 update. But I never knew this before. I got scared after reading this as I had updated my phone to Android 13.0 during the 1st week of February. They have also mentioned that as it was their mistake they would rectify it by doing the service of the phone for free of cost. I have the same problem now, as they have mentioned, after this update. So I went to their authorised Service center in Anna Nagar. They told me that my extended Warranty period of 18 months, due to this issue, was over 20 days before itself it seems. They are saying that the phone's motherboard is damaged, so front camera, depth and wide angle are not working. They said that they will reach out to the headquarters through Email about the Warranty Extension. They said that they would revert in 2 days. But after 3 days we called them. They said that it's damaged and extension cannot be given. So the bill rate is given to us as ₹12, 000. They told if we wanted the services we have to pay the amount or else should pay ₹118 and get back our phone from them. So paid ₹118 and got back our phone. But we don't know if they even had opened the phone Or not. Simply had our phone and also got their part of money without doing anything. My phone costed me around ₹19, 000 but now they are asking for₹12, 000 for the Motherboard itself. Every phone have different dates in updates. If they have to give service it should be fair and square for everyone. Kindly help us in this issue.

                                  Dear MI Team,

                                  I am writing to you to inform about the irresponsible and negligent actions from your customer service.
                                  We have informed MI service team reg a panel and software issue within 1 year of purchase of MI smart TV ref.number:WOIN[protected]
                                  Representative from service team verified the same more in Jan'23 and requested for panel replacement which has still not been installed.
                                  We have been without TV for more than a month but there was no use following up with the MI customer care team.

                                  I will be raising a legal complaint from my side if there is any further delay after Mar 3rd
                                  TV has to be serviced and repaired by this time.

                                    1.5 years ago i bought xiaomi 10i which is running smoothly than recently I update my phone to miui13 version. After update my phone getting heat camera, flash, face lock and many more features which is not working. I decided to call mi customer care, they said please visit our service centre they will help you. After reached they say that you have to pay charge for this. My concern is why would I pay for xiaomi mistakes.

                                      MI 10i 5g phone is not supporting 5g sim Card.

                                      The xiaomi Company sold mi 10i 5g phone with saying this phone support 5g. But now when jio 5g is launched in india this phone is not supporting 5g. Company cheated the customers and done fraud.

                                        I had an issue with my mi vaccum mop 1, it makes weird loud churning noise and wanted to get that sorted. The first request was fullfilled and the service person said it needed change of parts. They have closed the case due to warranty reasons and said to reopen issue, I have done as said reopened and they have talked to me and promised repair and let me know about the charge associated with my service, But no service person ever came and the ticket was automatically closed, Now I put a new request its three days they claim that the service person will arrive in the evening but never comes, and they are giving me weird reasons everyday that parts were available but we used it for other person, once they claimed that service person is on the way right to your location but he never appeared, after doing this timepass they closed request automatically.
