From the day phone was delivered, i am facing issue of rebooting. after one month o[censored]ser (thought might be get fixed with updates) visited the service center to get it repaired. First of all, service center not accepting the phone for repair they said we have long queue to serve so please come after two weeks. after two week they accepted and told it may take two month to get it repaired. After more than two month of wait i got my phone "so called" repaired. "so called", because still issue exists. I also raised a complain to mi call center they saying they will not able to do anything but get it repaired with our service center. so, i have submitted the phone again to the service center to get it repaired. complain number to the call center[protected]. Now i got the same update, we have long queue just to check your phone it will take more than 15 days and after that if any parts required to change it may take another month. We are living in the world where every 6 month we are getting more advance and more powerful phones in market. is it legitimate to wait for service so long. I just need help from xiaomi "please help me to use my phone". I am not able to use the phone from the date i purchased to till date. If i not got any help i don't have any other Choice but to go to social media and consumer forum. Attaching the receipt for reference. Looking for speed solution.
