Xiaomi India — Worst customer service | |||||
When I was installing stable miui rom in my mi4, mobile get stuck in fast boot mode I tried all the tricks available on internet but i didn't succeed. Yesterday(15/4/2016) I decided to get repaired my mobile from service center on same day I went service center (Plot Road 301- 302, Express road, Kanpur)and discussed issue. They checked my mobile. They asked me about warranty.. but my mobile is out of warranty. then he said there is problem with mother board and to replace it, it will cost around 8000 Rs. I don't afford that much cost for repairing. I didn't repaired it and i returned to my home. Again I tried to install ROM at home and it gets installed successfully. So my complain is, customer care executive working at this service center are not doing their work honestly... I don't suggest any solution on this matter but you have to find solution if xiaomi wants more customers in India. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I bought mi band it not at all working and i wanna replace but they said i have to send that product by myself, is this is a 1st company for worst service.then why the hell i bought from official website if i bought from flipkart they itself come and collect. . its worst delivery and customer care service
