Xiaomi India — worst delivery service | |||||
I was order POCO f1 6gbRam 128 gb ROM varient from MI official website and amount paid online against order no. [protected] on date 28th Sep 2018, but till dated 09th Oct 2018 neither product dispatched not any information update, also no proper solution / response received after several calls and email to Xiaomi. Also they share docket no. of ekart logistics xmip[protected] which shows nothing and no further information. I don't understand what to do, cancel the order and wait for 7-10 days for money refund (which is very doubtful) or wait more for the product to delivered. same happend with me too i have also ordered the poco f1 on 3 october and today is 13 October i do not receive it yet, contacting xiaomi they always ask me wait for 3 days, 2 days ...instead of finding any solution
