Xiaomi India — Worst experience of Online Shopping- No delivery and status update. | |||
This is with reference to my order id: [protected] for Redmi Note 4G 8G White ordered on 30 Jul 2015. I have already done the payment for this order. Even after 9 days, the product is not even couriered/ shipped. I have been calling customer service[protected] daily for the last 5 days and even registered a complaint no: 421191. However I did not see any action taken by Xiaomi towards delivering the ordered product. I didn't even hear any convincing reason from customer support why there has been delay in shipping the product. I was informed that the product is already lying packed in the warehouse in Bangalore for last 4 days and they are unable to ship it due to some courier issues. I find it hard to believe such a reason given by a company which depends only on online sales of its products. I am extremely disappointed with such lethargic response from Xiaomi.
