Xiaomi India — Worst phone and service | |||
Dear Sir, I have got my RedMI 1s phone through flipkart on 19.01.2015 and it was started malfunctioning in just 2 months. it was not charging at all.I am from Jaunpur(U.P.) and the nearest service center is in Kanpur, which is 400 K.M. far from my city.I have given my phone in Kanpur service center on 3.04.02015 but till date my phone is not rectified. The service center never picks up the phone. I have to go all the way just to inquire about my phone.On 09.05.2015 I called on the service center no. and they told that the cell has been repaired and i can take it any time but today (12.05.2015) when i went all the to kanpur to take the phone they told that they need more time.I am truly fed up with the phone and with the service you provide.Customer care also do not give any help.I am writing you as my last resort. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP. or i will forced to go to consumer court, CNBC AWAJ channel, print and social media with my grievance.The details are below;1.
