[Resolved] Xiaomi India — wrong product delivered (delivered mi led tv 4c pro 80cm instead of 4a pro | |
I ordered mi led tv 4a pro 80cm through mi store but 4c pro was delivered. After complaining, they say that your complaint has been taken and they asked 8-10 times for 4-5 days, after 2 months, they denied for replacement/refund. This is big fraud with customers by xiaomi india. They are not responding in customer support also. But i want the same products that was ordered by me. Please help, sir!! I Have ordered on Mi.com 2 data cables and an adaptor and pay Rs 847 by Google pay my payment has been done but in my order it is not updated and my ordered was closed.
