Xiaomi India — mi note 3 - service center in koramangala is giving wrong information. | |||
My mobile got splashed with water, so i took my mobile for servicing to mi service center in koramangala - ganapathi road, near airtel office.. Branch manager mr vighnesh informs post consulting their technical person, mobile mother board, sub board & mobile battery needs to be replaced. He gave quotation of 7440... Upon checking with local vendors, it was understood that motherboard was absoultely fine & only problem was with charging board. Replalcement of charging board costed me only 700 rupees.. While strange to note quotation of mi... People are horrible at the center & they does not provide any proper information.. They are not friendly too.. Also note, centre does not have customer feedback form or complain form... Xiaomi needs to work with this faster else for sure market reputation of the company with these service center behaviors shall be on nod... Was this information helpful? | |||

Charging Adapter working slower and sometimes doesn't work at all.Its just four months the phone set I have purchased, and this problem started from last seven days.Quicker resolution is expected.
