Respected sir and mam . my phone xiaomi note 3 was damaged . it going delay to repair it service centers are unwanted way demanding lumsum amount . for me its getting disgusting. iam also facing problem wen my handset got repaired instead they are not properly giving positive response . its now headache that service center of MI is the most worst of all. its one month my phone still not get repaired . simply they are showing sluggish attitude. as a customer should i opt another way or to take serious step to close MI service center, Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a Redmi note 4 from Flipkart in April, it worked well for 2 months bt after that it started showing problems like hanging, auto restart several times a day. I sent it to service center but the problem was not resolved. plz suggest me what to do now.its still in warranty period bt showing problems

I'm having problems with GPS of my mobile it's not working properly it constantly Changes the location and never shows the live location of device.
