[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Xiaomi Redmi 2- Display not working | |||
I gave Xiaomi Redmi 2 mobile in Bannerghatta Road Service Center on 31-July-2015 as there was no display on the phone, this phone was bought on FLIPKART and is still under warranty. I was promised by the service center that the phone would be returned after 10 days, which really a very long time for a Mi Exclusive Service Center to fix an issue. I visited the store on Monday (10-Aug) to get the phone, but the Service center team informed phone wasn't ready and wanted me to come on the next day, which is ridiculous as your team had asked for 10 days’ time to fix the issue, I was kind enough to give 2 more days as graces and gone on 13th day and still the phone is not ready. On visiting the Store on Wednesday (12-Aug) the above said issue repeats again. Please note the Phone number mentioned in the bill for contacting the service center is incorrect which proves and shows the attitude of customer Service by the Bannerghatta Road service center team.
