Xiaomi — mi powerbank 20000 mah | |||||
I have purchased thi mi power bank 20000 mah last year in april through amazon. Within 1 week only i went to store as it was failed to charge and product was not performing. Later i complaint about the same to the xiaomi but it also went non responsive.in the month of february i was out of town where there was no service center of mi about which i have previously written as well. From month of march it is not charging. I visited to the center recently but they responded saying that your power bank charging socket is damaged automatically, where i admitted to make it repair they denied saying we cant repair it better you purchase a new one and just leave it here. This sort of answer proves the dis satisfactory service which is nevertheless user friendly. A proper solution should be provided so that customer do not face such disappointment and inconvenience regarding after sale services. Hoping that positive actions will be taken towards this.
