Xiaomi — Not received my phone from service centre

I have given my phone on 21 April 2016 because there is motherboard problem according to service center then i received a message from the service is that your phone is ready but when i reached there they told me that your phone is not ready and then they created a new job sheet no. its been around 18 days i didn't get my phone.

and now you are forcing me register a legal complaint against you.

Charger not in working condition

Xiaomi Mi3-headphone jack issue
