Xiaomi — Redmi 2 not working properly

Purchased on 9th july from amazon . having display problem and hanging issues . send to service center for a week but no use still same problem. amazon having 10 days return policy that is not aplicable now aplicable now as 10 days over. customer care says u have to replace from amazon now what should i do
