Beware of mi. Damaged tv being sent to customers. Could not draw any other conclusion from my experience. Read on:-having a bad experience from mi india, who have been offering tvs at attractive prices. Ordered one and was delivered promptly inv no 249195 dt 23rd feb2019 xiaomi technology india private limited, bangalore. On 26th feb the installation engineer from mi chennai, one megahanathan (As per true caller) tel# [protected] arrived for the installation. Fitted the wall mount and unpacked the tv. While mounting observed that the screen was totally cracked. Took several snaps of the tv and the carton, wrote out a report, took my sig and assured that in another 3/4 days time, a new tv would get delivered. That is last heard from mi. Their chennai no: [protected] which organised the installation is clue less and not answering my calls now. For my mails to mi, bland responses were received. Toll free, claims to have updated their back end and also claimed that back end has tried to reach me unsuccessfully. What a joke.. All bluff. Beware
