[Resolved]  Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited — regarding missing ordered mobile mi a2, order no. [protected] & no support from company

I ordered mobile phone model no - mi a2 through online from xiaomi technology india private limited by paying through credit card on 16th august, 2018 which was scheduled for delivery on 18th august, 2018 by blue dart express but i did not receive my phone on schedule date & time. So, i called the customer support and asked the reason for not receiving phone. They gave me tracking id, accordingly i asked blue dart courier about delivery of my phone. They told me to wait for two days i. E. Upto 20th august, 2018 they will check the issue and revert me. I called courier company on 20th august, they said they have lost the phone. There after i called mobile company and told them that courier company lost the phone and asked the comany to either refund me the money or send me the new phone but mobile company is responding in same way constantly ' saying that to wait your issue is in process and will be resolved soon'. Today is the 12th day still i haven't received any positive response from mobile company as delivery was promised to be in 2-3 days time.
Sir, kindly help me on this issue to get resolved as early as possible. I want to either refund my money or company should provide me with new phone in place of lost phone by courier company. As my credit card emi will be started from 5th september 2018, for the phone which doesn't exist with me.
