I purchased on item from Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited But item not delivered payment already done, Please release my item...

Mobile has been deliver to me on 16th aug'19 and it was cheeked without sim by wi fi on 17th aug'19. After this it was gifted to other person and she was starting it on 17th sep'19, but found that the mobile has some error. It is not supporting any thing. 22nd sep'19 informed local service center and customer care also. As per instruction service center it is repairable (Mother board to be changed) and made a job sheet.

the 2nd anniversary contest for 1rs deal is fake since 100 items are sold out in 1 nano second. There is no issue of lag/buffer like we are having when booking tickets in tatkal. The items are just sold out in nano second which is not possible.

The blog of the website has many users facing same issue.
