My mobile ( Redmi Note 8 Pro) got blast during charging. Thank god that no-one was there during this incident or else it could have damaged a lot because my baby was not there nearby .This was happened today on 29th November 2021 and i will completely blame to the company for manufacturing this defect item.
i need refund or a new mobile and want please manufacture the best product and due this type of defect piece people should not suffer. As a loyal company and people really believe in brand and they buy if this type of situation comes in from brand like this then definitely people will shift their purchasing decision to other brand.
