It seems there is something very seriously wrong with Xiaomi Customer Service:
1.They pretend to help, but in reality create ridiculous, senseless barriers. OR
2.The team is incompetent to understand the problem .or policy is designed to harass the customer so that he gives up his claim.
3.Please note customer has other jobs to do but Xiomi want him to keep responding to their endless unrelated query/forms so that he either gives up claim or escalate for legal resolutions and seek compensation for willful harassment and mental torture
