[Resolved] Xolo — Didn't receive my phone even after 1 and a half months. | |||
The Xolo service center in lajpat nagar, New Delhi, under the name of TECHNOCARE SOUTIONS, it's been more than a month since I gave my phone, XOLO Q900s, for a broken display change and they haven't been able to get it repaired. I submitted my phone on 22nd november and its the end of december. Xolo is a good company but there service center and there services suck big time. Whenever I call at the center, they repeat the same memorised sentence " It will be done in 7 days. You'll get a call when it gets repaired ". I have been listening to this stupid sentence for the past 1 and a half months. They should feel ashamed about themselves. Because of such kinds of issue, people prefer buying a samsung or a nokia.
