To the CONCERNED AUTHORITIES -Consumer Complaint Team as well as XOLO Co. Please Note the Complaint has not been resolved till the date. l think the XOLO Company is a worst Co. Selling the Cheapest Products in Indian Market with no Service/s Providers playing with Indian peoples hard earned Money.(Making FOOLS of INDIANS by the INDIANS). Also Note/Check weather its given Customer Care no. is active? Or it is to be in operation after the Disappearance of the Co.. I humbly request to the Concern personalities to please look into the matter at the earliest & exchange the product with due respect @ no extra cost. After all It is a competitive market with Brands like NOKIA/SAMSUNG etc, & to stand still the Co. has to give priority to gain faith of the Consumers.
