[Resolved] Xolo — Phone replacement not happening | |||||
I had issues with my Xolo phone since July 2015 which inspite of repeated phone calls, emails and service center visits is not getting resolved. The following are the details of the same: Device: Xolo Q700s $GB Black phone Purchase date: 15 Dec 2014 from Snap deal order no : [protected] . Issue: Its touch panel has stopped working since the month of july. Followup details: July 2015 - The device was submitted for repair to Wecare, Borivali - Mumbai. Aug 2015 - Wecare, borivali - mumbai issued a DOA form no[protected] which was rejected by snapdeal since it was expired. Aug - Sept 2015 : I had a string of emails with we care, snapdeal and xolo care regarding the issue, for which there was no favorable outcome. Nov 2015: I had received a call from yogesh for the replacement of my xolo Q700S. As mentioned on call, I had followed up with xolo care (and Wecare service center in borivali, mumbai) for almost 2 months regarding the expired DOA issued to me (due to which the dealer snapdeal was not accepting the return) in august 2015. Failing to get a satisfactory response, I had to open the DOA packing to get more repair options. Recently I happened to visit nalasopara, Mumbai xolo branch and they guided me to follow up for a renewed DOA for replacement. Request you to please help in resolving the DOA for my device at the earliest. Hence, request you to kindly get in touch with the respective merchant from where you have purchased the handset.
In addition, as we tried to contact on the avail number [protected] shared by service center of Mr. Hardik Kothari, but might be he was busy as call remains unanswered, request you to kindly provide alternate contact number to resolve it effectively.
