Dear sir/madam, Mai Puneet, Maine xolo 8x 1000, 24/01/2015 ko kharida tha, lekin kuch dino baad ye fault 1-memory card not detected, 2-N/W automatic gone dikhane laga, tab mai xolo care Mayank service, code-1300340.ko dkhaya, tab unhone mujhse kaha ki ye company jayega or 18/04/2015 tak mil jayega. Eske regarding unhone ek sms bhi kiya, ab jab maine 18/04/2015 ko enhe call kiya to kahne lage ki abhi aapka set aaya nahi hai, or ye bhi ni bta sakte ki kab tak aayega. Mai aapse ye janna chahta hu ki ye kis tarah ka aapka satisfaction hai jo ki customers ki mis-guide kia jata hai, mujhe mera set kab tak milega ye date conform karein ya mujhe naya set issue kare ya mujhe or koi set lene ke liye D.O. issue karein.Mera kya fayda hua etna mahga multimedia set lene ka, jo kai kai dino tak service ke liye pada rahe. Mujhe 24.04.15 ko phone ke regarding phone(Mr.amit Shrivastav no.-[protected], timing11:12) aya ki hum aapko aapka jo bhi phone ka amount 10400/- h
jo aapko bapas kr denge.date 25.04.15 ko enhone mujhe SBI bank ke A/C mei 10400/- karne ke liye 2 transaction id 1st-[protected] jo ki 7000/- or 2nd id-[protected] jo ki 3400/-.

Jo tarika btaya maine usi tarah se kiya, lekin wo pese A/C mei na
aa kar ke es mere A/C se 10400/- nikal or gaye maine jab enhe call kiya to enhone kaha ki sir aap mujhe jaldi statement mail cash.[protected]@india.com pe kare, maine kar di mail, lekin ab na to mere or na hi es A/C ke paise aaye, main enhe kai bar phone kar chuka hu mera phone pich hi ni kar rahe hai, mujhe es bajah se mentally or physically harassment ho gai hai,
