Xpressbees Logistics — Order not received - xpressbess

I ordered a BoAt airdopes on June 17, 2025 via Boat LifeStyle and it was due for delivery on June 22, 2025. The delivery partner is XpressBees. I got a notification from XpressBess on 23rd June that the delivery is out for delivery but after sometime there was a message from them stating - they regret the inconvenience that they couldn't deliver the order as the address information is incomplete.

I tried contacting the delivery agent multiple times, there was no response. Tried reaching out to their Customer Care but no response. On Tracking my order in XpressBess website with the AWT number there is an update that the address information is wrong and no information on their next plan of action.

My concern is :
1. The delivery agent should have reached out to me on my mobile number if the address provided is wrong! Else he could have at least attended my calls.
2. XpressBees should have clearly updated the next plan of action - when will they deliver the order?
