I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the non-delivery of my parcel. The order was scheduled for delivery, but it was later canceled without any proper communication.

I have been waiting for my parcel for a long time, and despite multiple attempts to contact your team, I have not received any satisfactory response. I even requested the warehouse address so that I could pick up the parcel myself, but there has been no reply from your side.

This is causing me a lot of inconvenience. Please share the exact status of my parcel and ensure immediate delivery. If delivery is not possible, kindly provide the warehouse address or arrange for me to collect it.

I expect a prompt response and resolution at the earliest.
