I am Ramchandra Reddy Nandikonda. I have paid an amount of Rs. 23600 for Canada Visa process for my self (NANDIKONDA RAMCHANDRA REDDY) in Y Axis Solutions but I received the bill on my wife name (NANDIKONDA SWAPNA) . At first you mentioned the IELTS classes will be conducted at the coaching centre but It doesn't happened. Finally you intimated classes will be online and generated id and password on my name. I wasn't able to login with the given credentials. I informed you about study material/ practice material not accessible I have attended only two days class, it was full of disturbance, I couldn't hear the mentor and mentor couldn't hear me. Again I informed you about the class issues, but nothing changed. Then I didn't attended any other classes at all. I didn't get any call or message from you since all these days about the classes. Your service was really poor. I am not satisfied with your service. I request you to return the amount 23600/- as I didn't acquired any services from Y-axis.
