Yaxis is very keen until they get their first payment and once it’s done they will play around with you. My case was handled by Jyothsna she never bothered to even update me on my case. Now even when I mailed for refund she is not bothered even to reply. Worst service ever. Purely misleading the client. I want my refund. Yaxis has not done anything apart from a psyometry test. Simply waste of time and money....

They never resolved my query despite posting it here in this forum. In fact they were calling me to remove this post only . The amount of money I lost due to B. Chaitanya Kumar at Banjara Hills branch is unacceptable. Experience with Y axis was nothing but mental torture for straight 3-4 months. We filled out forms, we did everything by ourselves. What exactly did they do? Nothing literally nothing . 56, 000 rupees is a huge sum for me ....
