I had applied to Y AXIS for Canada immigration and paid 80, 000 approx in 2019, upto now I ve not got any movement in my file, some few months back i had got the country changed to Germany but they never told me that my education background is not fit for Germany as I am not from STEM, also i don't have any German language certification, so i insisted them to take me back to Canada as my profile in WEA is still active and i have time they refused stating that they have my voice recording and agreement to prove that, they are not being humane and exploiting the situation of me being a customer, now they are asking me to pay the entire fee again for their business benefits, i have taken a loan to pay this consultancy and all is in vain . Since the agreement has been signed once you pay them there is no room for refund and they exploit ..have seen many videos and customers struggling with these misguiding agencies

    Lack of quality service and Incorrect information provided

    This is with reference to services acquired from Y-Axis for me and my family relating to the Australia Skill Stream Visa. The same was purchased after paying full amount of INR 80, 855 as on 1st April 2023.

    CAN-MRPS - No response regarding refunds

    CAN-MRPS No responses regarding refunds

    No refund or change or country without

    As discussed please find all my documents, i had paid y axis this fee for immigration to Canada, i have invested almost 1.5 lakhs altogether including fee to ya axis appx 78, 000, WES fee which is 18, 000 appx, 3 times in have sat for IELTS exam which is 15 k means 45 k in total .     Misleading and fraud related to Canadian PR process and job search

    I am Isha Sharma from India. I registered with Y-axis in 2020 for Canadian PR process but I am really disappointed with y-axis services.     They misguided me about UK tourist visa that 17700 is all the charges including the visa fees for uk government and now it has been over a month they have processed my refund yet and not responding to me in any manner.
    Y-Axis Overseas Careers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    It had been over a month and they haven't provided a refund.No response from any team, support team accounts team anyone and moreover the consultant also doesn't replies.
    It has been over a month and i haven't got my refund. The accounts teams doesn't replies, even the support teams and consultant isn't picking up my calls.

      My name is Faizan Khan. I have paid 7000 (AED) to y axis Dubai on 31st January 2023 for the process to go canada then something happened bad to me therefore i am unable to continue my process. I wrote email to y axis support and my process consultant to cancel the process on 07 February it's mean just after 7 days I informed them to cancel the process and refund my balance.
      The process consultant respond my mail after 2 days when i mail him again there he said sorry i can't refund kindly continue the process.

      My circumstances has changed i am not able to continue my process kindly help me and refund my money if the company wants to cut some penalty no problem i am ready to pay. but 7000 (AED) it's 157300 (INR) it's very big amount for me just i know how i earn after working day and night.

      No response no solution. They makes fool innocent people.

        I am Lakshmi Sai Sindhu Musunuri, I’ve thought of moving to Australia and started the PR visa process with Y-axis. I paid them a total INR 127440. First they asked to pay INR 2000 to get the technical evaluation done. I’ve paid the amount and got my technical evaluation done.

        After that they have sent me the Technical Assessment eligible report within 2 days it got positive. Hence they asked me to pay the total amount...

        I consulted Y axis regarding Canada and Australia immigration process.First they told they have to get evaluation report positive to proceed further.They told me to pay 4k for the evaluation process, I did the payment.After 2 days they called me with the report saying it is positive.Then I decided to go with Canada.They explained me Canada PR process like details CRS score.This is where I was cheated by saying you can go to other provinces with as score as low as 300 then once you go there you will get 600 points which are more than 1000 points easily can get PR.But I was not clearly mentioned below 67 points won't be eligible to apply.I don't have enough points but still given false hopes with different score.I paid 95k with GST for full consulting service.I have just been robbed with False hopes.I would like to get my refund back.I have not signed any papers and also not started using any services.
        If company would not respond means not a genuine service, then I am planning file a police case and proceed legally, not for money but for creating mental pressure.

        You can file a police complaint against them for cheating under Section 420 and criminal breach of trust under Section 406 if you want. Issue them lawyer's notice seeking refund with interest. After that file a case in District Consumer Forum under new Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You will get refund with interest, compensation for mental harassment and damages, cost of complaint and Advocate fee.

          JAS & Immigration Service Germany Team employees have given false & misleading information about process leading to financial loss to the candidate. Full payment done by candidate on 31.12.2021 but JAS commenced after repeated pleading on 31.01.2022. I was told that profile will be marketed but some random emails are sprayed by JAS Team to few employers having no concern about the profile just to pretend that the service is being rendered by JAS.

          Desired resolution: Refund of entire fee since service is not rendered as per commitment.

            Is Y-axis alive? My process consultant is not turning back... is mohammed.[protected]@y-axis.com in the Y-axis or left th organisation. In spite of sending mails this person is unable to give any update. I had called twice on the registered line but no response. What is the issue?

            We had signed up for Germany Job Seeker Visa Application by mid of 2021 with Y-AXIS. The process went on with some enthusiasm during the first half of the year. Then things started moving very slow and we raised a complaint regarding the delay and there was n't any proactive action to speed things up. And fast forward to today it been a year and we have paid money to y-axis for the services but we havent received the Visa nor have we got our money. And the Yaxis consultants, they are really worse. They are not picking up the calls, not responding to our mails. Really disappointed with their service.

              I was looking for job in the UK because I had been working in Poland for over 4 years. I was browsing the internet when I came across "Y-axis." I phoned them and spoke with Reetika Nayak, a consultant. After much back and forth with the conversations, I made up my decision and pursued the idea. However, I had requested a few days to organise the finances. I used to get notifications nearly every day telling me to hurry up and make the payment since it was subject to change. I eventually managed to pay a total of Rs 45, 312 inclusive of GST. My journey began out on a poor note since I assumed the procedure had already begun. However, after a week of not receiving any information, I called the office, and they informed me that they had not yet begun and that I would be contacted on the second day of payment. I choose to dismiss it, believing it to be a human error. Later, another individual with the title Job Search Artist Arobindo Chakravorty was assigned to me. Initially, I gave the relevant information, and my CV was prepared based on that. To begin with, there were several flaws with the vocabulary used in the CV, which seemed quite amateurish. I had to write a lot of letters instructing him about which industries he should focus on and which job titles he should pursue. 'Whatever you have told me, please send me an email with the same information and I will give it to the marketing team, ' said this individual most of the time. After I informed them, they altered it, but not to my liking. Furthermore, the manner in which my CV was distributed was entirely improper. They utilised local employment boards, but they informed me they had a distinct portal that they use. In addition, most of the employment portals they used had my profile incomplete. The recruiter usually said that they had sent emails to everyone but received no response. I had a phase where I didn't receive any contact from Y-Axis. I had to contact them and was told that the individual had to leave due to medical concerns and is hence unavailable. Another job search artist (by this point, more of a scam artist) named Mary Nitisha was sent to me. She was supposed to contact me with the specifics, but she also vanished. I waited a week and learned during that time that candidates must obtain a UK work visa in order to work in the UK. Y-Axis never stated this information, which is utterly deceptive. When I called them later, she said she had spoken with her boss and they could extend the service for another two weeks. I was done with them by this point, and I informed her that I was dissatisfied with the services. She informed me that her boss will contact me at some point. I received a phone call from that guy and conveyed my displeasure. He was also unhelpful, offering me the same option. I refused and demanded my money back, which he flatly refused. Y-Axis is a fraud; they only provide candidates with help for the first 1-2 weeks. I feel I will be given justice and a full return. Please assist me with this as soon as possible; I much appreciate your assistance and support.
