We had signed up for CAN-MRPS in Jan 2023 and had made the full payment of 84, 779 INR and started the process.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to withdraw our application and informed our consultant about the decision. I understand I am not eligible for a full refund according to the agreement signed, but I have been following up multiple times with the consultant regarding the balance refund amount and have not received any response to the refunds.
While the initial experience is initially good, this is turning out to be a nightmare and I completely regret going with Y-Axis.
