Dear sir. Its been 02 years i am requesting my previous employer y axis (Jubilee hills head office branch) to correct my name in uan. (Lata is the head hr) My employee code with y axis is 3198. Nov 26, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Manullay processed my request. Employer informed me it takes a month time to get an update from EPFO team on my name updation.
I met my employer physically and Lucy done the needful. Lucy mam HR she approached me and assisted me very well in my concern. Y-Axis Overseas Careers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
