Dear sir.

Its been 02 years i am requesting my previous employer y axis (Jubilee hills head office branch) to correct my name in uan. (Lata is the head hr)

My employee code with y axis is 3198.

My correct name is premchand kannavaram. It is wrongly mentioned as prem chand mannar.

Its my sincere humble request to kindly do the name correction as requested.

Manullay processed my request. Employer informed me it takes a month time to get an update from EPFO team on my name updation. I met my employer physically and Lucy done the needful. Lucy mam HR she approached me and assisted me very well in my concern.
