[Resolved] Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Fraud and cheating | |
Y-axis has been cheating me since day one. Instead of making my visa process easier they have made it even more complicated. I went to them to assist me for German student visa process and I was assigned a consultant, Mr. Amit Kumar. He made big promises how Y-axis will help me book an appointment at VFS, because that was main issue in the entire visa process, and how I won't have to follow up at all and their process consultant will do everything for me and that they've been in this business for over 2 decades. Anyways, he convinced me how I'm already late (I started the process 6 months before I'm supposed to move to Germany) and made me pay around 15k, including 18% GST. Up until now, I did not know what I was getting into. Once they received the payment, their words changed completely. The legal agreement they issued was completely different from what I was promised. Still Amit convinced me to move ahead with them and made me sign the agreement. In his words, "Legal agreement is just a small issue, and that I will have the best experience with them". I was assigned another Process Consultant Mr. Shiva Janjirala. Now Shiva called me only once to introduce himself. Not once did he explain the whole student visa process to me. I kept asking questions about bank account and insurance as required by the German embassy, but he seems to be not aware of anything or doesn't want to tell. He never follow ups. I have to follow up every time and half the time he's not available. I even fixed up a time to call him because it is natural that people are busy with different things, even in that fixed time he is not available half the time. One day he says he has taken 20 calls since morning so he cannot attend my call. At the time of signing the agreement I was told that I won't have to make any calls and that my assigned consultant will regularly follow up with me. Amit has completely vanished from the scene. When I asked Shiva to help me with appointment booking he keeps saying, "I'm trying". He has not given me any information on why appointment booking is such a tedious process and what's the best time/method to book the visa appointment. If visa appointment booking genuinely takes time, he has not mentioned that to me either. He has taken my passport and debit card details but still no update. I explained him how I'm worried that I will get late in reaching Germany if I don't apply for visa in time and he says that it's okay since classes are being held online due to the pandemic. Now I did not pay Y-axis only to get my visa delayed. German government themselves have not confirmed if Winter 2021 semester will be held online or offline but Y-axis consultants have decided before hand that classes will be online so it's okay for me to not reach Germany in time. This is not the first time I am dealing with visa consultants and I can say Y-axis are the biggest frauds and cheaters. They lack transparency and don't share complete information. May 3, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Y-axis acknowledged the service lapses and refunded the full amount which I paid them. I am satisfied with the decision the company has taken. By when are you planning to do the needful? I submitted my refund claim form on 17th April. You already have all my details so where is my money stuck now? The CRO has stopped responding, the organisation is not returning my money, how long is this going to take?
