Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Giving wrong intruction and took money

Sir yaxis company from Mumbai and hyderabad they call me to apply for job..Mr Rahul paniker he is my consultant .he asked me to apply for sponser visa for uk.he giving me wrong intruction he told me 99 %your are selected for uk..after client interview before he call me again and again now he didn't pick up my call...he make my resume also ..he told me it's take 3 months for your process .but nothing happen today it's passed 1 year but my money is not refundable...and interview is not done..uk cleint mail me d told me they didn't provide any sponsor visa ..any they didn't same thing with my relatives ...yaxis took 1 lakh from my relatives also..and nothing happen..they also complaining..please help me
