Y-Axis Overseas Careers — I have paid for the Visa Service but no response thereafter

I approached Y-Axis oversees for a Schengen Visa Requirement on 8 Aug 2022. I was assigned a consultant

This lady, Debalina, told me that Y-Axis will take the appointment at VFS and help me with Visa filing process for Rs 12500/- I told her i have my tickets booked for 2nd Nov and repeatedly asked her if the VFS appointment will be taken in Aug/Sep and she kept confirming that the appointment would be taken by Y-Axis and guaranteed me there would be no issue. Only thing she mentioned was that the visa could take upto a month.

I made the payment on 10 Aug 2022 and thereafter there has been no communication from Y-Axis side. Our conversations were recorded for training purposes and i can give you the exact date and time of the calls, where Debalina promised me that the VFS Appointment would be taken for Aug/Sep for my Schengen Visa.

Now she refuses to respond and also said that Y-axis does not guarantee an appointment.

I have been sendng them emails but there is absolutely no response form their end.

I received a response from the Y-Axis customer care. They have agreed to look into the issue and help me either get the appointment or refund my money. I am awaiting action from their end. I will close this complaint once my issue is resolved.
Appreciate the quick response from their (y-Axis) end after putting a complaint here.

Y-axis team looked into my complaint. They agreed that there was a gap in communication and have refunded me the amount, they charged. Thanking the ConsumerComplaint and y-Axis Team for their support to conclude this issue.
