We had signed up for PR Visa Application by end of 2017 with Y-AXIS. The process went on with some enthusiasm during the first half of the year. Then things started moving very slow and we raised a complaint regarding the delay and there was n't any proactive action to speed things up. And fast forward to today it been 4 years and we have paid money to y-axis for the services but we have received the 189 PR Visa nor have we got our money back. We have been asking them to reimburse the amount but there is no response from them. I have contacted the Y-axis support team raised complaint with the senior team member however there has been no action in this regard.

Y-AXIS is not serious about its services. They asked us to signup and collected money in advance and then assigned us an agent who was active for the first 2 to 3 months. After that they were just sending emails to say we have asked for this document and we have done this and this to protect themselves from any complaints. There is no concrete support from anyone in ensuring the visa application goes through and if not to REFUND the money.

Dear Sir, I have written to the primary agent Pr----l (Bangalore Office), who was my account manager. He too has n't got back to me with any answer. I have raised this complaint for the last 3 to 4 years, with no concrete support. Also the email address specified above cannot be read. It is in protected format.

    I recently intended to start the PR visa process for Canada and I paid them a total of AED 157 which is equivalent to INR 3300 first of all, they did my Technical Assessment by choosing an ineligible NOC code, and I got a Technical Assessment eligible report after three days however they got positive I do not know, but while keeping in my this scenario that TA is eligible I paid them total AED 5500 which is equivalent to INR 110000 which is huge money for me as I know how I adjusted. I signed the contract unluckily/unfortunately with Daryll Jude Pink (daryll.[protected]@y-axis.com) Phone: +[protected]. I did my own research and found I was not eligible to apply under those codes and after considering many aspects I informed Daryll Jude Pink for postponed the further process and I requested much time to get payment refund but he denied my request again and again.

    In this situation, It is my right to get a refund and they must refund my money as I still have not initiated the further process, I only signed a contract letter.

    The journey was very frustrating because I know I adjusted money and paid them, but they can not understand the candidate's situation even if the candidate trusts them and makes payment.

    I hate this Y-AXIS Overseas Overseas Career / Immigration Consultant because everyone is there to make people foolish and loot money.

      Y-Axis Overseas Careers I'm complaining about the Job Assistance Services - UK Skilled Worker Visa

      I was actively looking for an overseas job in the United Kingdom and a consultant from Y-axis approached me. I was eager and excited about it and paid a total of Rs. - 45312 [Rs. 38400+18% GST = Rs. 45312] as registration fees for marketing my resume to UK employers. However, the resume was not marketed properly with all incomplete profiles and details in the job websites and they are not applying for the jobs properly and on top of that...

        Yaxis is very keen until they get their first payment and once it’s done they will play around with you. My case was handled by Jyothsna she never bothered to even update me on my case. Now even when I mailed for refund she is not bothered even to reply. Worst service ever. Purely misleading the client. I want my refund. Yaxis has not done anything apart from a psyometry test. Simply waste of time and money.

          They never resolved my query despite posting it here in this forum. In fact they were calling me to remove this post only . The amount of money I lost due to B. Chaitanya Kumar at Banjara Hills branch is unacceptable. Experience with Y axis was nothing but mental torture for straight 3-4 months. We filled out forms, we did everything by ourselves. What exactly did they do? Nothing literally nothing . 56, 000 rupees is a huge sum for me . They have no co ordination. And their main fraud system includes sending the agreement after the payment. They are liars and cheaters . They took all our personal documents and did nothing . Hired a new intern for our process and she did blunders . I want my refund.

            I'm not happy with the y-axis as they are not providing a proper response. Already I have wasted my 1 year because of y-axis Hyderabad. They are so lethargic about their clients. I have sent colleges before 1 week, they said they would send the details but till now I didn't get any mail from them regarding the details. You, people, are money eaters. Just you people focusing on money. I'll post it on LinkedIn just to make future applicants avoid the y-axis.

              i lost 92374 money because of this consultancy, plz make them to pay full refund to me as they are not registered with any canadian government and they dont have approval to do this process, They didnot do any solid work to me, now they are saying now they cannot pay now plz help me to get full refund i think they are alsonot paying taxes asking people to pay in other country money to eat that money, if they are no registered i think there are escaping from government from everything

                  For evaluation of my profile Y-axis asked me to pay 2000+18% GST = 2360. I did paid this amount on July 04, 2018 and after they said they'll start CANADA PNP-Program.

                  Later consultant Krishna Balaji sent an email below :
                  This maybe the last chance to apply for a permanent residency or make an Overseas Career for yourself due to Immigration rule changes. Most candidates shy away from migration because it takes a little longer than the other options. And you have also informed that mostly it'll take around 3-6 months and maximum 12-months.

                  Because of this I have started CNANDA PNP-Program and paid complete payment of an amount of 59, 000/- on June 19, 2019. (Till here every-thing was smooth and good).

                  Once the payment is done. They assigned a process consultant name 'Navyatha'.

                  I got an email from Navyatha with some-one else's name (Stating -- Dear Insiya, Greeting from the Y-Axis, Hope you are doing good. Please click on the below link and follow the steps to complete the Data collection form/ Resume Writing form) this is a professionalism who is about to search job for me in CANADA.

                  Later, all the requested documents were sent to her by me and I never get a response on-time from her.

                  They said, I'll start getting interview calls once my resume is updated. Since I signed-up till date I did not get any interview call/email from any of the companies (NOT EVEN A SINGLE).

                  Later, Navyatha said it'll take some time to get the responses, by the time she asked me to complete WES and IELTS. I paid around 15, 000 for WES. I have completed the whole training for IELTS but still I didn't get any response.

                  After, seeing the whole situation, as I'm not getting proper responses, I beleieve that process consultant is not good at their work. (So, I sent her some data with some companies in order to send the resumes).

                  I signed-up on June 19, 2019 and waited till March 2020. Then lock-down came into picture since then there is no update till date.

                  Today is June 11, 2022. It's been 4-years now and still there is NOTHING from Y-Axis end and now I don't have any hopes. So when I asked my refund, they're not giving it.

                  It's a humble request for all the people who are reading : Please be informed that Y-Axis is just to trap they'll do lot of fake promises and nothing is deliverable they'll rob your money. Be careful!!

                      Y axis promised to schedule in appointment for June slot in Delhi for me and later they emailed me that they are unable to book my appointment.                         VISA rejection due to half information, casualness and no proper guidance

                        Our VISA got cancelled due to no proper guidance given by Y-Axis. They are big time fraud who seats in fancy offices and make fools of people. Never ever trust them as play with people time, money and dreams.
                        I CONTACTed Y-Axis, Koramangala branch in Bangalore for Canada PR assistance in the year 2019 end.

                        I met Sayed Muniruddin (sayed.[protected]@y-axis.com) who showed me big dreams.

                        However, due to Covid pandemic...

                        Y-axis totally fraud firm, please do not believe on there false promises, they will show you dreams like they are the magicians to get your PR visas from canada in days, they will just loot your hard earned money that's it...B.V Mala Sharma and team looted my 80k by showing me dreams of PR in few days when my CRS was 352 only...that's the standard of there consultancy services...doob jao corrupt people's, feel fear of the God.

                        There technical report of CRS had given me 360 as CRS score and they made promises to get my visa done in 5-6 months, but in actually my CRS score was evaluated by Canada immigration as 352 only, i want my money of 80k refund since the technical evaluation had major flaw and presented false score to get money from me, it's almost an year now waiting for visa

                          Gurdeep Kaur from y axis contacted me to apply for us tourist visa . As I was supposed to travel with my family in the month of may 22, I applied my wife's us tourist visa and also deposited registration amount Rs 17700 /- including GST on 15 march 22 . She convinced me that another consultant Sajid Ali on behalf of y - axis will process and file your tourist visa application along with scheduled appointment date before 30 April 22 . But after taking registration amount till date nether my visa application is processed nor my appointment date has been scheduled. I tried to contact over phone and WhatsApp but no proper response received till now

                          I request forum to help me in getting back my money as soon as possible

                            I registered with Y axis on 15/03/2022 for UK visitor visa Lavanya is the person who guaranteed me the best service and they appointed a process consultant who suddenly got sick for for some weeks and they aapointed new process who is very rude doesn't even know how to respond whenever I tried calling him he wasn't picking up the phone and that lavanya was also not responding on time I called them multiple times in a day but they are ignoring me. I can't believe its been more than a but they didn't start my process yet but they have taken my money, So I have decided not continue my process with your consultancy and refund my money

                              A fraudulent organisation I have come across and thought it should be made aware of. These guys are supposed to be #immigrationconsultancy but have taken my money, and oh boy! have done nothing...application has been in limbo for over a year and almost six months as I had started this process Jan/feb 2021.

                              When taking money, OF COURSE they were responsive. Now when I ask for a refund they are backing out. Why is it wrong??? Coz they as a #consultancy DID NOTHING, It took them almost 9 months and over to get the application into the pool which affected the points systems etc and made the application invalid and now they are asking for impossible actions to be taken which is actually costing more money.

                              And when I said, no thank you! I want a refund..they say NO! that is simply RIDICULOUS!!! and INFURIATING!!!

                              Thats when I realised a #fradulent #organisation. Its not even a small amount of $$ they have taken to let it go. So I am hoping naming and shaming can come to my rescue.

                                am writing this as i deeply regret for chosing such a hopeless consultant service for my canada pr process.Initially they keep calling you until you make a full payment which will be more than a lakh and once u make a complete payment you will be considered a joke .
                                For each and every process and updates you have to keep calling continously for atleast five to six times everyday after which they will call back only after you shout back at them just to tell you that the requsted work will be done by the end of the day or the next day and they wont turn up as usual. This is one hopeless fraud company and i strongly recommend anyone not to chose this as your career is more important which will be a joke to these neglegient people.
                                I wish i had chosen a better consultant service or should have given it a thought again before making complete payment
