I'm not happy with the y-axis as they are not providing a proper response. Already I have wasted my 1 year because of y-axis Hyderabad. They are so lethargic about their clients. I have sent colleges before 1 week, they said they would send the details but till now I didn't get any mail from them regarding the details. You, people, are money eaters. They called me on feb of this year saying in eligible to apply for canada pr and said i need to get only ielts 4.5 after completing many months and taking money of 93724 amount from me and now they saying they cannot proceed further. They took money but not given any solid work out. I request to please help me with this, refund my monet to my account...

For evaluation of my profile Y-axis asked me to pay 2000+18% GST = 2360. I did paid this amount on July 04, 2018 and after they said they'll start CANADA PNP-Program.

Y axis promised to schedule in appointment for June slot in Delhi for me and later they emailed me that they are unable to book my appointment. It has been a month I am chasing them for my refund and they are trying to avaoid me. They took 15000 rs from me. Please help me in getting my money back....

Our VISA got cancelled due to no proper guidance given by Y-Axis. They are big time fraud who seats in fancy offices and make fools of people. Never ever trust them as play with people time, money and dreams.

As I was supposed to travel with my family in the month of may 22, I applied my wife's us tourist visa and also deposited registration amount Rs 17700 /- including GST on 15 march 22 . She convinced me that another consultant Sajid Ali on behalf of y - axis will process and file your tourist visa application along with scheduled appointment date before 30 April 22 . But...

I registered with Y axis on 15/03/2022 for UK visitor visa Lavanya is the person who guaranteed me the best service and they appointed a process consultant who suddenly got sick for for some weeks and they aapointed new process who is very rude doesn't even know how to respond whenever I tried calling him he wasn't picking up the phone and that lavanya was also not responding on time I called them multiple times in a day but they are ignoring...

A fraudulent organisation I have come across and thought it should be made aware of. These guys are supposed to be #immigrationconsultancy but have taken my money, and oh boy! have done nothing...application has been in limbo for over a year and almost six months as I had started this process Jan/feb 2021.

When taking money, OF COURSE they were responsive. Now when I ask for a refund they are backing out. Why is it wrong???...

am writing this as i deeply regret for chosing such a hopeless consultant service for my canada pr process.Initially they keep calling you until you make a full payment which will be more than a lakh and once u make a complete payment you will be considered a joke .
For each and every process and updates you have to keep calling continously for atleast five to six times everyday after which they will call back only after...

I have already submitted a complaint. I want to lodge another against CRO kalpana as she fooled us again after her team. She emailed for full refund now she is disagreeing and saying she sent an email by mistake, will deduct 10k. How is that possible she is CRO for a purpose but when CRO is confused how our problems can be resolved. I am regretting my decision of chosing Y axis. Is there anyone who can help me for full refund?

Y-axis is playing with people's dream. They have picked up my case and completely screwed it up. I have approached Y-axis in 2021 Feb, they reviewed my case and told since i am turning 40 in 2022, i should not delay and file my EOI as i have good chance.
They took AUD3000/- upfront along with AUD 450 for skill Assessment.
They filed my EOI in April under three category 189, 190 and 491 . After that they sat on it and did nothing....

My grief is that firstly we decided to get the help from y axis for Australia PR process.
But now we donot want to proceed as we were mislead by information. The states which are not yet open for nomination in Australia, they were telling us that we can get invitation from them but when we researched it was all fake and the points are too high to get invitation but somehow they made us to believe them and took half payment from us...

After the initial discussion with him, he has explained the immigration process and time duration for canada. I wasn’t given the complete information on filling a visa instead was forced to make the payment. I’ve been receiving multiple calls for the payment and after I made the payment there’s no proper response. Now I’m told that the Visa processing is going to take 13 weeks and more so I advised them to refund the amount the same day that I made the payment. They are just ignoring and not responding back....
