We have been in contact with y axis for than 8 months.
Mr. Vishal Kochrekar has been our point of contact since then.
In may we decided to take y axis as consultant for Australian visa.
Mr Vishal suggested that from 5 june some senior officer is taking case files so you should make payment early.
So on 27 may we made the full payment 1, 18, 000 rs.
In 1 month we have faced lot of issues:
1) No single point of contact person available. The numbers given are never picked up and no call back recieved ever.
2) Mr Vishal gave me his personal number, no response in chat or call recieved
3) My husband is the main applicant and we paid money early to start the process, but his coaching is not even yet started.
4) Whenever i try contacting 25 times a day, they say will give you dates in 2 days.
5) We had asked for documentation list for more than 10 days and no response recieved.
6) No staff is clear about anything and they just give vague answers
7) Have already mailed them this on [protected]@y-axis.com since 5 days but no action taken.
8) we will wait for a week and if not yet recieved then will want a refund.
9) we have all the necessary documents to claim refund.
