I am Isha Sharma from India. I registered with Y-axis in 2020 for Canadian PR process but I am really disappointed with y-axis services. While contacting Shubham Singh (immigration consultant) shubham.[protected]@y-axis.com in Feb 2020 and on going through my profile he had categorically emphasized that I am fully eligible for PR and jobs in all provinces.
Based upon his assurances I completed my Wes report and language test and informed process consultant about this so that he could search for better job opportunities for me. But nothing has happened till date I.e march 2023, related to PR process and job which is contrary to the assurances made by him and Y-axis.
I have incurred a sizeable amount in seeking your services to secure PR and better job options.
Unfortunately, Y-Axis consultants didn't give me clear picture with my situation. Every time I call, they always say that they are busy or unavailable.I feel like I have wasted my hard earned money investing in this agency. Consultants just lie and make false promises. I have wasted my time, money, hopes and energy. My mental health has been affected because of this.

Mr. Shubham Singh /Rajput was contacted by me so that I get refund of my payment made, he spoke to me in a very rude and indecent manner saying “I am not Canada Government. His statement is very ridiculous and contrary to the assurance made. As such I have not only suffered monetarily but also mentally. (WhatsApp screenshot added).
I am being told to re-appear for language test which I have earlier cleared and on the basis of which they promised me to get the job and PR. I don’t foresee any reason to appear for the language test.
Besides I am being complelled to withdraw my complaint made to the consumer complaints.
I would pray that my payment together with interest be paid back to me. A penalty also be imposed on the organisation for causing mental harassment as early as possible.
