[Resolved] Y-Axis Overseas Careers — not allowing to claim my refund after many requests and emails | |
This is masi haq writing this complaint about the refund policy from y axis. I paid full consultation amount to y axis consultanat for process for immigration to canada as there was no proper information provided no calls were answered and not even given proper guidance on the immigration process. Thus i requested them to refund the amount since 2 years which i paid to y axis consultant in 2016 still they are requesting me to take my process forward which is not possible now. So i want to raise a complaint to process my refund back. And there was frequent process consultant change during these years. Created chaos and mess and lost 4 valuable years after them. They are really fraud and playing with clients with sweet words while taking the money later on no response and no interest from them was seen for the clients.
