[Resolved] Y-Axis Overseas Careers — refund needed for student visa services | |||
Hello, My name is anup and i am resident of pune city.in the month of may 2017, we hired services of y-axis immigration consultant to process my wife's student visa to canada by paying around 30, 000 rupees. Everything was rosy in the beginning until we started to understand that y-axis does not hold any competency in the area of processing student visa. Initially y-axis gave us list of colleges and universities in canada which suits to our requirement. However, they did not have any idea which course will be suitable for my wife. So, we started to research around and came up with few courses which may match to our work experience and study background. That was first instance we came to know they know nothing about course and its contents. Secondly, then we decided to go with colleges like selkrik, lambton, humber, centennial and fleming as they were matching our requirements. Having said this, we did not know that colleges like selkrik and lambton does not accept candidate with education gap a. K. A work experience greater than 5 years until our application got rejected with the reason education gap exceeds limit. It was second and the biggest setback for us and enough to realize y-axis is doing just postmen duty to fill the form and apply which could be done ourselves as well. After this we tried to research again since when college made such rule and we came to know through some of leading education consultancies and online forum that for 2017 admissions colleges made this rule. So, being so called leader into area of abroad visa and education, y-axis should have known this fact and advised us accordingly. But, in reality they made us spent like 200 dollars as application fees and around 2 months our very crucial time on doing paper work for same. However, without getting disappointed and becoming aware of y-axis’s incapability within time, we decided to process our application on our own and recently in october 2017, we got admission in one of the reputed university without spending a single dollar. Now, after all this frustrating experience and wastage of time & money, we are being deprived from refund of our hard earned money paid to y-axis as their fees. We have more than 1 lakh customers, for each client of ours, we have always given the best guidance and consultation . However Y-Axis does not have any control over authorities rules /criteria or decision . As per our telephonic conversation your refund request has been approved and Y-Axis agreed and proceed refund ion exceptional grounds . We acknowledge the receipt of the Your bank account details and we shall do the needful and will keep you posted on the same. We are a customer centric organization and value all our clients and ensure professional services throughout all our existing processes. No refund has been processed so far despite of promise above. It seems, now I will have to send a legal notice to through this.
We had approached y-axis for their services 2 years back. We paid rs. 40000/-, provided all the required documents. It has been 2 years that they have taken money from us but still have not at all worked on our case. We have no results. Initially it was kanchan sharma, assistant team leader

Now they after 2 years they say that they can either 25% refund of the consultation fee or continue to wait till they do something.
Most of the times the account managers are on leave and not available for assistance. And if it is their fault, they will ask someone else to talk to you.
It is a complete scam. They take money from people and just keep it with them without moving your file even to an inch. Trust me, we have real bad experience with them. Just don't trust them or their big banners across the city. Its a big scamm!
So when you ask for refund, Y-AXIS denies saying they will only pay 25 %. Why will some one except that? After waiting for 2 years, they just want to give your money only 25%. What about rest 75% which they kept with themselves without doing anything. Moreover, their employees are rude, and bang the phone on your face. They will call you only to make sure that you agree to what they say. After paying them, you have to only agree to their way of working, i.e. keepying your money and not doing anything about the promises they made, and then in case you ask for refund, they force you to agree for the amount they decide. Their attitude is that either you take whatever 10% we are giving you or wait until we can get you result. After waiting for 2 years, does any one really have any patience left. Surely not. So better not trust these guys and pay them. Once your money is with them, you will only keep waiting for results endlessly. Trust me. A selfish bunch of people working to get money for people and not doing anything.
Mind you, when in one of teh conversations when I asked their representative that would they accept 25% if they would have been in my palce, her answer was straight no!
Better try some other consultant, even if they charge little higher, but atleast they will give results.
