Hi,

Me and my friend have joined the y-axis overseas consultancy to fulfill our canada immigration dreams. On the name of overseas career and immigration, y-axis has cheated us.

They literally looted amount of 1.5 lacs from us and did nothing. Upon multiple compliance also there is no response. They have got the money and they simply ignored us. Such kind of company should be ceized to exist.

This guy umesh has literally spoken to us saying that he will take care of everything and did nothing except for looting our money.

Please help us in getting our money back and they have created too much of mental tension to us.

As discussed with you previously on call and in person yesterday, we are highly dissatisfied with y-axis services in our canada pr process. And want the full amount refund henceforth.

We have been charged nearly one and a half lakh rupees and all we got from y-axis is the express entry profile like some profile in facebook with mere information that we have provided. Every single expense for the courier process, wes evaluation and all was ours again after spending so much on you guys for just the creation of profile in express entry pool.

After the creation of profile, we have been given so much wrong information and agents doesnt have any ideas of process or the ways in which the pr process can be done. When asked about dual intent they said no idea. Also there was not even a word help on study visas etc.,

No information has been provided on the pnp and respective application dates were not communicated effectively. Initially it was conveyed that we can apply for all provinces and nothing was said about charges for individual provinces. This is a purposeful attempt to get the ignorant customers enrolled.

Even the services like resume buildibg are of poor quality and highly dissatisfacyory. Atleast grammatical mistakes are not expected. The resume we provided was even ruined.

We were told that our profile would be marketed but it did not go past the resume building stage and none of the agents seems bothered enquiring about it despite of repetitive calls.

There were situations where the process consultant told that his job is over and he cant do anything.

No information regarding canada government authorized immigration agent for y-axis is provided nor the information on sponsorship programmes.

And on top of all these there is no ownership or responsibility from any person that we have interacted with. Clients or their money or their time is not at all valued. Even after the above concerns were raised through mails and calls there was no response at all. And it is an year that there is no response. Which is the lowest standards of consulting firms.

We went through a lot of pain with consultana apart from the normal process which was not even carried out properly. We need a full refund for this.

As discussed process the refund for us both at the earliest. We hope atleast this is considered seriously and the mail would be forwarded to the concerned depaetment with us in loop andgivibg us a call back on daily basis providing the updates on refund process.

    Dear team,

    I have been working with y-axis koramangala branch bangalore since dec 2017.
    I joined the company since it has branches in other cities and they have written so good things about the company towards married women.
    I am not sure if it with me or with other employees working with the branch i came across lot of weird comments from the senior employees there. I got training for 1.5 months and then i was given the opportunity to handle the customers.
    To tell you more about the company it is immigration consulting company which handles overseas pr and recruitment.

    When i started with the direct interaction with the clients and since i was new i needed support from the senior staff. During that time all the men senior employees including atl (Hari) and manager (Mithun)
    1. Women come only for salary and time pass they are good in passing over work to men, and you are one among them, and now i am going to take your trip, i will stop all your general and sat enquiries.

    2. The atl hari shout on top of the voice and are good in teasing and making mockery about any query or clarification on the work.

    3. Even while giving the business to the company the senior said its not my effort and they had put there entire sweat on helping me to survive and get the.

    4. Even being formally clothes my atl use to call me in his cabin and used to stare at my clothes saying "i thought its a casual dressing" this has happened multiple times.

    5. Every time and then the senior use foul languages and dirty jokes on women,

    6. When one of the senior had falling sick the the atl and manager started commenting that its because of me he is falling sick.

    7.in the month of february, my general and sat enquirers were stopped without giving a clarity an opportunity was removed.

    I have given the details of the events happened during my 5 months tenure with the organization.

    Why i have brought this up and had kept quite thinking things will get better and then my husband got a relocation from his company to kolkata.

    For this i had informed and requested the hr and manager that i would wish to relocate to kolkata during april month and could not inform them with the exact date of relocation due to my husbands sudden bad health.

    The hr and manager had agreed for my relocation but since i was not sure about the exact date i could not clearly tell them about my relocation date. For this reason my manager and atl use to taunt me "why unnecessary i am creating news about relocation when i am simply saying things on air and they said come with the confirm ticket then we will talk about relocation".
    All this while i had informed my hr that by april or may 1st week i would relocate.

    My husband could not join office for 1.5 months due to his slip disk office and once he was given a go from the doctor he had to relocate immediately as he had to start his office work or else his salary would start deducting.

    I informed about my situation on 19th april to the hr and manager and when they got to know my confirmed date of relocating they started creating nuisance.

    They started setting targets for me saying i will not be able to relocated until i meet monthly target which i was not aware of. I was aware of min billing for the company which was 2 lakhs per month for the employees of my role.

    I had been meeting this 2 lakhs rupees target in march and had finished my target within 20 days in april month.

    I requested then for proper relocation but they denied saying i have to meet targets which i was never made aware.

    When i said i cannot leave my husband and stay alone and offered to resign they said they will not give my salary and my commission for the effort put in getting business to the company if i do not serve 1 month notice period.

    When i complained to the hr about the working environment and the behaviour of the senior employees they have put the blame on me and have rejected all my claims.

    Please see the below reply:
    And to enlighten you more on the work ethics of kormanagla branch, has made me discontinue work.

    Ans:this statement is false. None of them will do this. We've had in the past & we continue to have women working in the koramangala office & most of them have been successful with us.

    Ans:not possible. Unprofessional behavior is not accepted

    3. Once i had achieved my monthly billing the senior said its not my effort and they had put there entire sweat on helping me to survive and get the,.
    Ans:feedback is not taken positively. We usually advise the new hires that next time/client you need to close the case or turn around the same by yourself though we continue to assist them month after month.

    4. Even being formally dressed there was an escalation on my clothing, so for no rhyme or reason i was picked up by the atl
    Ans:this happened when she wore a capri pants which was short in length and the feedback was given as per our policies and in a very polite manner.

    5. On the floor there is always foul languages and dirty jokes on women, as well there was joke on the floor whoever is mentoring me are falling sick and going unwell.
    Ans:false allegation! Unprofessional behavior or language is not accepted
    With regards to mentors falling sick is absolutely true. She was very unhygienic (Very bad body odor and flatulence).

    6.in the month of february, my general and sat enquirers were stopped without giving a clarity an opportunity was removed and moreover these days general is also not given an partiality has been maintained.
    Ans:when the follow up's and sales are poor, this usually happens and we keep the ic's posted on the reason. Added to this, she was arrogant at times in her counselling. Please find email attached

    I feel degraded and harassed working in such environment and to tell you very frankly i have never seen such pathetic and disturbing working culture.
    Ans:she had no respect towards seniors and uses to address them as "oye" followed by name. We 've never harassed any team member in this branch. We insist that they follow the sales process & do their work well but never degrade or harass

    There has been a complaint from one or two employees as well about the working environment in y-axis koramangala but no action has been taken instead there salary is not given.

    The company has neither given my pf details nor esi number.
    My major concern is that even putting all my hard effort my salary is not given for the april month and a commission of 10 to 12k is also been held up.

    Just to revive my career after a gap of 4 years i started working in a company which was 2 hrs one way journey from my house in bangalore.

    Let me first share some details about our company which will help you understand this case better.

    We are No. 1 in India as an Overseas career expert and as an Immigration Consultant. We started in the year 1999. We are currently operating from more than 28 locations (both in India & Overseas) with over 1000+ employees on rolls of the company. Over 50% of our workforce are women and they are holding leadership / managerial positions in the company. We are a working mother friendly company and an employer of choice for women who wish to focus on their careers while having a perfect work life balance.

    As part of our work culture, we ensure, regardless of gender, that each & every employee is treated with respect, more so women. Unprofessional behavior is never accepted, at any level, and anyone who is found violating the professional code of conduct, appropriate action is taken including termination. As part of our policies, we also focus on professional attire at all times. As part of the feedback mechanism, we frequently conduct surveys wherein we take feedback from the employees in confidence related to many aspects so that necessary action, if any, can be taken.

    As part of the deliverables for a sales professional, employees are supposed to manage the counseling sessions, customer service, regular follow ups, focusing on closures and revenue generation. It is also made clear that there would be targets that are required to be met month on month and to earn commissions it is important to achieve the minimum billing. Both the minimum billing & targets are shared regularly by the reporting managers on a weekly basis. They are also given comprehensive product training and continuous hand holding so that they are able to achieve the defined targets & grow in the organization. If the employee is unable to follow up with the assigned enquiries, as a process, we don't assign them new prospects/enquiries. Also, to ensure results are consistently met and they try achieving the targets, regular feedback is given by the seniors/Managers on the improvement areas so that the corrective actions can be taken.

    The person concerned here was a part of the Sales team for Koramangala office, Bengaluru region. Feedback given by seniors was not taken positively. Also we had instances with her where she communicated rudely with the clients and she was arrogant. She was also given feedback on the same. We had a request of relocation from the concerned person and we were ready to help her in the same. HR got in touch with her on 3rd April-2018 to check the tentative date of relocation so that it can be looked into but she confirmed her relocation plan is postponed due to personal reasons. She was informed to let HR know as & when the date is finalized so that we can help her. We received a communication from her on 21st April-2018 that her tickets are booked for 26th April-2018. We confirmed that we would be happy to help her in relocation but she needs to complete her commitments towards the branch & clients that month in the existing branch & from 1st May-2018, she can be relocated to our Salt Lake Branch, West Bengal, as we have requirements in that branch.

    She started creating an issue that she was never aware that targets need to be met which is surprising statement to come from a sales professional. She also started demanding that she only needs Kanak branch, West Bengal, as it is closer to her home which we did not agree as to meet a personal requirement there needs to be a business requirement too in that location. As we did not agree to her demands, she started giving us feedback on the work environment at her branch & how she was insulted & mocked time & again which is absolutely false. We continue to have women staff in that branch who have been successful as the leaders in that branch are very supportive and encouraging. The Branch Head is one of the most successful and appreciated managers in the company and he has always helped his team members so that they can excel in their careers. She never informed HR either in writing or verbal about the issues faced during her career with us. She not even participated in the survey that we rolled out which gives an additional platform for the employees to give us feedback. When HR spoke to her a couple of times she did not mention any of the concerns. She is bringing all these issues/ concerns now as she finalized her relocation date herself without looping the Manager & HR and we are not ok with it as there is a process that needs to be followed. Had the work environment been so unfriendly and intimidating, she would have brought into our notice and would have discontinued in the beginning itself rather than continuing with us.

      Dear team,

      I registered with y axis for canada immigration, dec 2016. The sales consultant promised a lot of things over the call. He said, we have processed cases having csr score of 330 and we will process your case and within 6 months you get your ita. I counted on the words and paid the initial amount of rs. 55000. They allocated me a immigration consultant who never able to answer my queries. Because of y axis consultant negligence, my profile had not been pushed for nova scotia pnp in dec 2017. Most of the time there consultant was not available. I raised a refund of money in april 2018 because the service commitments are not fulfilled. They aligned a cro lady named "somsubhra", i called this lady more than 30 times and never got a call back from her. It sounds they have no counter answers on my queries. I asked the lady if y axis don't want to refund the money then do send me the name and address of the y axis person to whom i can send a legal notice.

      I am finding y axis as a big cheater as they don't count on the words what they commit to clients.

      Service committed

      1) express entry profile creation — done
      2) wes education assessment — done
      3) pnp for canada — not done
      4) jss — not done

      Please help me for my refund.

      I already called her 30+ times from last 3 weeks and left 20+ voice messages. Is the way to handle customers incase of any grievance and refund scenario.

        Yaxis don't have complete information of pnp canada, even othet company providing me details of pnp,
        They don't inform you all requirement before taking fee,
        No positive response from yaxis after payment...
        And from last month they changed my consultat 5 times, every time i have to explain all process to each new consultant... Whats this...??
        Is this a service...??

        And now in case of refund process,, even they are not responding, not pickuping call, no reply on mails.

          Dear concern,

          Tried contacting y-axis to adjust payment towards ielts, wherin amount was paid towards eca (Incomplete information given to us by y-axis).

          I would like to make a sincere request to you to kindly consider my payments towards my ielts.

          I would like to appear for the ielts classes that are scheduled in the month of april. However, i had accidentally made for eca and the payment got processed accordingly of rs. 23600/-. I realized the mistake once the started for eca process got started and i have to pay canadian dollar for verifying my documents. Which will cost me 16000/- each (Myself and my wife).

          However due to financial issues, we are unable to make the payment for eca payment of rs.32000/-. Once we complete ielts we will manage funds for eca process and y-axis 1st instalement, meanwhile i will have 2 -3 months time to arrange funds for rest of the procedure.

          Since we are having a home loan emi deductions everymonth, i'am unable to arrange funds for now.

          I apologize for the same.

          Hence, i hereby request you to kindly treat this an accidental error and consider the payment for ielts, so that i may start for the ielts classes in the month of april.

            I was in talks with y-axis on migration to canada. They made me go through they assessment process and informed that i stand a chance to migrate to canada. I will be 45 years old this april, however they told me that canada accepts application for individuals up to the age of 47 years. I accordingly made payments totally to rs. 87, 222 through my credit card in 4 installments. I submitted all required documents they asked for and was assigned a person mr. Kiran kumar panda who asked to me send all my education certificates. I had emailed him the same by march 1st week. However, after that i did not hear from him and also did not receive any reply on email. I tried to connect with y-axis office in bkc where i met their sales team there no i did not get any response. They have stopped answering my calls and emails. I feel cheated. Please help me to recover the entire amount.

              I applied for immigration and pr to canada through y axis careers and paid 81000 in full. While applying and before the full payment, they never mentioned that at 45 years age it will not be possible for a pr to be obtained for canada.
              Now i seek whatever refund possible for my application and have been trying to call the contacts who were in touch with me on phone and mails and i have not received any kind of communication on the process of getting refund of my application

                This story begin dated 22nd feb, 23rd feb'18 when i was planning for the abroad and i was trying to reach on y-axis toll free number and unfortunately i was unable to reach due to some system up-gradation issue.

                Then i have decided to visit at the y-axis (Dlf phase 3 cyber city gurgaon)

                On 23rd feb'18 i have visited y-axis office and where i meet with mr. Rahul and i asked him about the canada & europe immigration program.

                Firstly he shared the canada program where ielts is must and then he shared german job seeker visa details where he told me that for this visa we don't required ielts and any another language.
                He told me, candidate must have the qualification with respect to technical & at least three year of experience in the same field and i told him about my current work job role & responsibility and he said my profile is ok for german job seeker visa and we can process with the same.

                He shared the the payment link for evaluation and i made the payment on the same day.

                Next day i received the report where i found i myself eligible and when i read it completely and found i need to face the embassy interview in europe language only and mr rahul never told me about the interview (Then how report can be positive according to my current profile as basic requirement is german language)

                On the first interaction i clearly told mr. Rahul that i will go with y-axis only and please suggest me the best option and i told him about my ielts preparation also.
                In case i need to learn german language, i will go with the canada program because i am eligible for the canada also.

                And one surprise thing is when i received my evaluation report after that i go to google and search about some other consultants and i found ambessy interview is must in this case and they have not charged anything for this information.

                Mr. Rahul have not shared the complete information because he wants evaluation payment two times, one for german & then second for canada.

                Yaxis consultant make false promises and false promises for payment

                I can only request here please refund my money rs 1805.

                  Dear all,

                  I took canadian immigration services from y axis. Before payment a sales consultant by name subhash made numerous fake promises.

                  Subhash from y axis disappears as soon as they take payment from me. I spent nearly 2 lacs in 1 month. And all my money is gone vain.

                  I spent numerous emails to manager phillip and kalyan and to the customer relation dept to help me get out of the fraud being done by sales consultant and the teams associated.

                  They dont care to reply to emails and care about the service they provide after money is collected.

                  They trap people into no refund policy after looting money from people.

                  Stay away from y axis, dont waste money and time. I lost 2 lacs inr in 1 month.

                    For migration to canada, i have contacted y axis overseas consultant.

                    In the enquiry, i have asked them clearly on refund policy at various stages of the process and copy of agreement.
                    Based on this discussion and agreement, i made a payment o[censored]sd 831/- as first installment.
                    Now after the payment, y axis sent a different agreement with no refund clause. Since the initial and later agreement and discussions were different, i could not trust this agency further and asked them to refund my amount.

                    Now they are not responding to my mails nor to my calls.

                    I have all the proof of email communications with y axis.

                    Please help to get my refund back

                    You can check with Lateef Jani Shaikh on the subject and also listen to telephone recordings dated 18 JAN 2018 @ 5:20PM IST approx. where he has agreed repeatedly on the mistakes done by his subordinate Vishal Pallugula.

                    From the very beginning my mail was very clear about the requirement and the refund policy, based on the response from Vishal I made my first payment o[censored]SD 831/-. After that for a week no response on the agreement from him. Than on a repeated followup I got the Agreement which was completely different to what we discussed on mail.

                    Since initial beginning itself was not clear, i could not continue with Y Axis and asked for refund. Now its is almost 15 days and no signs of refund so far.

                    I have all the proof of mails on what I am writing.

                    The people who ever are reading this message, kindly do not trust on Y Axis. They are Fraudsters and will cheat you with your money.

                      I archana singh had applied through yaxis for australian immigration. All details educational as well as professional were provided to them and they had chosen “organizational & method analyst “for me &the form was filled likewise.
                      But i got a negative reply from vetasses on the grounds that the profile applied for does not match my roles.
                      What analysis did yaxis did for choosing this profile based on my job roles that wasnt accepted by vetassess.
                      After having paid so much this is the outcom which is given to me without any proper justification.
                      Being in such market any profile should be skillfully chosen for a candidate hence yaxis should make the refund because of its inefficient handling of case.

                      I have clarified you that your profile was refused based on the interview conducted with you as the information provided was not matching to the description of ANSZSCO for your nominated occupation. If the refusal was due to incomplete documentation they would have commented they it's because of the documents. If the refusal is due to roles not matching they would have clearly mentioned in the negative explanation email that it was refused due to roles.

                      There is no fault of Y-Axis in processing your case and we don't have control on the outcome as it will decided by the assessing authority as there will be multiple factors to be considered before a decision is made.

Their associate has given me false verbal promise stating if nothing works he will process refund. Its been 1 year now and they have not delivered any service properly.

                        Not happy with yaxis services i want want to withdraw from all the services from yaxis agency. As no appropriate service has been provided and lot of promised was given by your associates but under delivered. Kindly take prompt action

                            I approached them for processing to canada migration, they have taken counseling session and totally misguided us and they forced us to pay the certain amount of rupees with in the time limit. Till the time we pay the amount they called so many times for the payment after the counseling with in one day time they have taken the payment forcibly. They did not explain the process in detail and they told that the process will be completed very soon.
                            After the payment we did not get any support from them, we have to call them so many times, after number of calls they are responding. Now they are telling the required documents, which we do not have in hand, we have to apply for each and every document it will take months for us. I even did not apply for ielts, to apply for ielts it will take me more than two months. I even do not have the passport when i asked them regarding this they told that that is not a problem you have two months time you can apply for it. But now if i want to apply for ielts my passport number is requied, now they are asking for my passport which i have to apply now.
                            And they have taken the fees amount for job consultancy also. Even i did not attend the ielts and don't know whether i will qualify or not, over all amount i have paid them $86, 730/-. I have borrowed the money for high rate of interest and paid them. We have just completed 15 days with them, the process has not been started yet, i do not have a single document ready with me, i have to apply for them it will take a long process. I like to withdraw my application from y-axis overseas carriers and get back my whole amount

                              When we called them their reply is not good. They are in demand saying that we will not return the whole amount, we have paid them 86, 000 Rupees which is not a small amount. I should get my total amount from them because we have not taken any services from them. They are cheating the people not explaining everything before and forcing them to pay immediately. after the payment they are not at all responding and their services will start if we through IELTS. for that they have to explain the clients regarding IELTS first after we through that exam then only they have to process further, but they are doing entirely different taking the whole amount first and then explaining the process which is not at all correct.

                              I am requesting please take a strict action against these consultancies so that they cannot cheat other people. Please help to get my money back

                                  My name is anup and i am resident of pune city.in the month of may 2017, we hired services of y-axis immigration consultant to process my wife's student visa to canada by paying around 30, 000 rupees. Everything was rosy in the beginning until we started to understand that y-axis does not hold any competency in the area of processing student visa.

                                  I haven't received any call from you even today??? I guess you people are just trying to satisfy your ego by putting my career at stake.

                                  Xavier: is this the type of customer service that y-axis is providing to the customers? I have raising a lot of concerns with the jas team and especially with the the two who are marked in this email. I had clearly mentioned during all my previous conversations but just not heard any time and the manager has also shown a callous attitude towards the clients.

                                  I wanted to show a live example, that is why i am marking you in this email chain. Ravikanth does not even know how to speak to the client and shows some careless attitude. I had already mentioned multiple times that my express entry is file but still receive an email from him stating that the whole jas process will be on hold until the express entry is not filed. This is just ridiculous and so unprofessional behavior. Even before triggering the email, he does not even bother to check as to what content is going across to the client.

                                  I am an iso lead auditor certified for 9001:2008/2015 and the jobs that are being applied are for iso 14001 and 18001 for which i am not even certified on and do not have the expertise. That is week 1 and i had raised a concern and ravikanth manager musheer called up and he says that he would look and get back to me and till date he never even bothered to get back. Week 2, they had applied for only insurance companies which does not even make sense for me as to why do they have to apply when i am not even certified for the same. Just because i have done some domain certifications in my current company that does not mean i have the in depth knowledge of it. I am an auditor and i just have the minimal information about insurance which is required per the job requirement. Even that one as well i had raised the concern and till date i haven't heard from either of them post the below email. I was still expecting a call from them for the whole day but these associates of yours does not even have a moral responsibility of calling and discussing the same.

                                  I had told this several times to the immigration consultant damayanthi and she was kind enough of raising the concerns on behalf of me with the concerned teams but they don;t even bother to respond back.

                                  They are such a pathetic lot that that all the time i need to find out as to what is the progress happening but none of them actually come back with the status on each and discuss the same with the client.

                                  It is not only the jas team but also the process consultant team as well and they get lousy and if we start pin pointing then they would come back that yeah we are working and that's it.

                                  On the whole, i have had a very bitter experience with y-axis right from day 1 of me enrolling and you call themselves as a no.1 immigration consultants and what a shame they have such a bunch o[censored]nprofessional people [jas and process consultants].

                                  Hope to receive a proper resolution to my concerns.

                                    I had written this email on 20th oct and till date no response received from shiny who seems to be a manager.

                                    I am writing this email, because i have not got any solution till date.

                                    During the time of evaluation, it was said by kavitha that i am eligible for express entry for canada. Took all the details, report was positive. Then i got into agreement for both job assistance and pr and the entire consultation fees.

                                    I have shared all the documents including my ielts score. They started working on my requirements. My resume is still not filled in portal because it is not registered in express entry and till date not got my reference number.

                                    Initially, praveen process consultant said the ielts score 6.5 is enough to file the express entry. It would be better if you get more score in ielts.

                                    After my education credentials report received from wes. They have accepted my education at wes.

                                    Now, praveen says i need to score more in ielts then only he file my details in express entry. I was shocked, lost all the hope, frustrated with this kind of service.

                                    I shared all the details to kavith about the above details. She said, will check and get back to me. Not she keep me updated of the status, how much ever i call, no response or action from her. This is the worst service i have experienced in my entire life. I wrote a email to shiny and moumita, but no use.

                                    Entire team is fraud and cheated me. They are fooling around. I want my file to be processed in express entry or refund the amount.

                                    They don't understand, the finical problem of a common man. Pain and suffering. If you have a bit of humanity, help me.

                                    All the details are available with y-axis team.

                                    The only mistake i did is trusting y-axis guys and paying the money. I m very much disappointed and frustrated.

As per your last communication with your Process Consultant, I understand that you are fallng short of the eligiblity points. As you are losing points on age. In order to meet the deficit points, either your spouse needs to take IELTS or you to take the test once again and get the maximum points.                                     My question is what where you guys doing when I said I have already completed ielts. Your team Kavitha said my report is positive and qualify for express entry during the time evaluation and before signing the agreement and asked her couple of times do my profile gets filled in express entry. She said yes..She said you can proceed with agreement . In case if you can get more score in ielts it will increase your points.

                                    If you have told me that this the score I needed to qualify for express entry...then why would I pay the entire fees and proceed with agreement when I don't qualify for express entry.

                                    The beans spilled when Praveen Kumar said the ielts score which I already received does not qualify for express entry.

                                    Kavith and Praveen having different opinions about my ielts score.

                                    Whether it's mistake from your employees or company why should I bare the suffering.

                                    Please refund the entire amount asap. I have the complete recording of the conversation and witness to prove that you guys were wrong.
