Good Day, Please consider this as an escalation email for Student Visa.
To Brief, I visited the Y axis Mumbao office for student Visa in Canada in September and paid the fees which include IELTS coaching as well. I Gave IELTS exam on 30 Nov and got an overall band score of 7.0 which is required for a student visa. Y axis team was following up with me for the IELTS exam so that they can start with the application process for Jan intake. My IELTS results came out on 5 Dec and immediately informed the Y axis team to start with the further proceedings. I uploaded all relevant documents as well on the portal. so all the required steps are done from my end.
In addition, I requested a Y axis consultant to search the relevant courses matching with my work profile in Toronto. I opted out for Toronto because I have my family staying over there and travel will not be a constraint once I get admission. However it has been almost 2 months now and there are no colleges finalized. I understand because of location constraints the search gets narrowed matching with my profile however I am open to any course which is somewhat matching with my profile. Initially, a clinical research course was suggested however there are very limited colleges in Toronto for this course. I agreed to this point and asked Y axis to go for a project management course but they are not able to find a PM course as well for me. isn't this strange? Toronto is a major Canadian city with many universities and colleges and Y axis is not able to search 3 colleges for me? Moreover I have to follow up to check the status of my profile every time and they reply to me stating there are no courses available. Then what will be the next steps? Even if project management courses are not available I am open to many other courses as well. isn't it Y axis duty to suggest courses and colleges? I have shared my CV as well, so you have that expertise to suggest relevant courses if some courses are not available. Why do I need to find out optional courses for myself?
I am currently in Canada for a couple of months. To speak with the Y axis consultant I am staying awake at night and this is what I get? Y axis is a reputed immigration consultant and I showed trust, but I am very demotivated with the services provided. I don't think it is really very difficult to get admission in Toronto. Its is a job description of a Y axis consultant and they have that expertise. Also, I help Y axis consultants in searching relevant colleges in spite of knowing that it's not needed from my side. Can you please treat this as a high priority issue and address it as soon as possible? Looking for a favorable response from your end. And will it be possible to assign experienced resources for my application who can complete my admission process as soon as possible since it's almost 4 months since I approached Y axis and still working on colleges.
