[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — VISA rejection due to half information, casualness and no proper guidance

Address:bangalore

Our VISA got cancelled due to no proper guidance given by Y-Axis. They are big time fraud who seats in fancy offices and make fools of people. Never ever trust them as play with people time, money and dreams.
I CONTACTed Y-Axis, Koramangala branch in Bangalore for Canada PR assistance in the year 2019 end.

I met Sayed Muniruddin (sayed.[protected]@y-axis.com) who showed me big dreams.

However, due to Covid pandemic hit in 2020, I pushed my plans for later and again re-initiated the conversation in the year 2021 with Sayed Muniruddin. I started my discussion with him for Express entry profile. My husband was a primary applicant and I was accompanying him as a dependant. After sharing both of our profile detail, he calculated our CRS score which was coming above 465 (which was low, but we were aware and ready for PNP also). However, after making the payment and giving all the details, when the final score was calculated, the CRS score came very low i.e. 359. After escalating and going through many trail mail and apologies letter from him and his team, our profile was sent for PNP.

syed.[protected]@y-axis.com was handling that.

which also was not filed properly and hardly they update you on any new updates or status. Every time you need to send email for fup and they take their sweet time to revert or call.
After waiting for a few months, we realised this PNP is not gonna work and we changed the process to Canada Study VISA instead of normal PR.
Again I made the payment for study VISA and was promised that many colleges are there who will accept my husband profile (again he was the main applicant) and will get easily LOA.

We were connected with the Student VISA team where shabaaz.[protected]@y-axis.com came in picture.

Whose support was as useless as Nadeem and Sayed M. As per the process they are supposed to help you with the list of colleges to SHARE YOUR profile and get LOA. They did not even do that. They just sent some random college list which was not relevant as per our requirements. We also lost application fee amount 6.5K to one of the colleges where my husband profile was not even eligible, still the applications were sent. Heights of ignorance.
After realising that they are wasiting our time, we started our own research and finally after continuous fup by me, we got a LOA by our own research.
They could only give us 1 LOA after 5 months of wait and after we filled the VISA. Even for this 1 LOA which they could arrange, it was my husband who was following up every 2-3 days with the college directly and the main agent seating in Canada over email and calls.
Y-Axis did not even felt like following up, they only do when you show them some arrogance they will work for 1-2 days fine, again back to behaving like losers.
After everything done, the final part came which was the most important part of your file, because of that most of the rejection comes, i.e. SOP. Where they gave us one extra ordinary format and fancy words SOP which we reviewed as per our knowledge and gave a go ahead.
After VISA filing in Feb 2022, result came in May 2022 that the VISA application is rejected, as visa officer was not convinced with the purpose of visit, which means SOP was not strong or convincing enough.
The biggest blunder they did was, which we were unaware that not telling us to show the financial backing in our home country to support the 2 -3 years stays in Canada (apart from GIC). So, financial statement of funds was not explained or showed in the SOP.
Also, intent of returning back to India after course completion was just explained in 2 lines.
Overall the entire SOP looks like a ### when we see other people SOP. Because of not putting enough effort and proper guidance our 2 years we have lost and huge amount. We paid in total 1 Lac to Y-Axis to make our life miserable.
After making payment, they dont call you, they dont respond to your emails on time (you cant call them directly as they have no option of direct CONTACT, either you write a mail or CALL TO the tollfree where they capture the number for callback)., they dont guide you as per your profile.

The lady who helped us for VISA filing and SOP, claims that is working in this job for almost 5-8 years and knows THE BEST of all, she is vimaleshwari.[protected]@y-axis.com (she seats in Hyderabad office), for whom I have no words as her experience is waste as half of her suggestions and information are incorrect.

There are other people also who were involved in the entire process and making our life miserable - nishanth.[protected]@y-axis.com, and sushma.[protected]@y-axis.com.

Never ever ever go to Y-Axis for any immigration related support. They will simply suck your money and time, and leave you in the middle stuck. I am anyways not going to leave them just like this, and I will soon go on another social media and complaint FORUMs to get justice. Save yourself people.
