[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — y-axis job search service assistance -delay process and non responsive for refund request

The Y-Axis has closed my job search request process in their portal and I want a refund of the fees paid to Y-Axis on 05.04.2019.
I paid Rs.27, 000/= as a complete fees including GST and other taxes and charges on 04.05.2019.
The purpose of my request and payment of fees towards job search assistance was under the advice of Mr.Ajith Kumar and Asst.Manager of Y-Axis - Bangalore ( MG Road)., as I wanted to go to Dubai in June 2019, As they promised that the CV and marketing of the profile will be done and I will be able to have an idea reading my job call etc by the end of May 2019. The same was also conveyed to me by the manager of Y-Axis - Bangalore ( MG Road).
The process was delayed due to :
1.Wrong email id used by YAxis for communication - personally met the Manager Coimbatore branch to resolve the issue, since no one else was responding to this .
2.It took two weeks for YAxis to communicate to my correct email id.
3.When the process started again from Hyderabad office, the process still prolonged due to may corrections many times in the CV ( Though corrected personally)
4.Mr.Anil Kumar, the consultant also informed me that because of Religious Festival in UAE -Dubai, the resume marketing can be initiated only by second week of June 2019. Which will never serve my request or purpose or actual need of job search through Y-Axis.
5. Had a telephonic communication with assigned consultants of Y-Axis, Mr.Anil Kumar ( Job Search Artist) & Mr.Sandeep (Asst.Manager), they asked to send an email and refund will be processed, but nothing heard from them till date.
The Y-Axis has closed my job search request process in their portal and I want a refund of the fees paid to Y-Axis on 05.04.2019.
