The Y-Axis has closed my job search request process in their portal and I want a refund of the fees paid to Y-Axis on 05.04.2019.
I paid Rs.27, 000/= as a complete fees including GST and other taxes and charges on 04.05.2019.
The purpose of my request and payment of fees towards job search assistance was under the advice of Mr.Ajith Kumar and Asst.Manager of Y-Axis - Bangalore ( MG Road)., as I wanted to go to Dubai in June...

Y-axis are very unprofessional organisation. It has miss guided me for the process of obtaining pr of canada and also showing that my case is resolved, which is not true. I am still waiting for my refund as they have not helped me for the same. Requesting people to please look for any other professional organisation other than that y-axis.
Hope they will refund my money soon....

I have been trying to contact my yaxis consultant (Mr. Savio paul) since last one month and there is no response whatsoever. I have been calling them every single day and the ivr goes on saying your consultant is unavailable. I have paid 1 lakh rs for my canada pr and the consultants are giving me such pathetic services.

Need to escalate this and bring them in light about such pathetic services....

Y axis always says that they are number one in immigration, but paying more then two lacs & given more then two years, i don't get any fruitful response but from last 20 days they even not take my calls and not reverting on mails. Please guide how to contact & go for refund.
I have paid to many immigration, but all are fake, they take money but not bother about the customer taking their services.
