I already complained about yaxis services before. They didn't contact me back and also they didn't provide me the refund amount. But they have marked my case as resolved. Yaxis cheaters. At least give me half of the refund amount. Y u are cheating us. Pls dont beleive this consultancy they will cheat you at the end.
At starting they will contact you frequently but after that they wont respond to your message or call. I need my refund amount.

    Myself Madhuri Sharma, want to complain about Nazia and Vinisha, for being highly incompetent and harassing me in return. Y axis associates are neither accessible on phone or revert on mail. I had opted for a complete package of 31000/. They were supposed to recommend me the courses and at the start only i had clearly mentioned my priorities. Nazia my consultant does not respond until and unless i ring her up(difficult to connect with her) or give her a mail, to which she replies at her own convienience. Neither she has given me a detailed structured report on the 2 courses that i asked her nor she she has updated me on one of the courses that i asked her to do. Being my consultant she doesnt even know my package details and asked me to write LOR by seeing the templet which she forwarded. I asked vinisha to change my consultant who is fast and deligient but from today onwards vinisha has also started to behave in Nazias fashion. Now vinisha is also not replying to my mails and reverting my phone calls. Its highly frustrating for me to go along with them anymore. Please make a REFUND of my amount as its clearly mentioned in your agreement that if you are not able to give me relevant services for which i paid you then you wil refund the amount. PLEASE REFUND THE AMOUNT ASAP.I donot wish to continue with you people. You people have wasted my time and money.

      First and foremost, it is rather pathetic that an organization who is into consulting doesn't have a proper phone line.To get in touch with the process consultant you have to call numerous times and still will not get connected and then write an email for requesting a call back which also is delayed /never happens.

      Secondly, their sales consultant's (so to say) seems to have collection targets as all they want is to bag in money from customers. I had availed the PR service as well as Job search service and paid the entire fee in the beginning itslef. Later on while interacting with another consultant it was informed that job search can happen only after file being created, meaning the major parts like IELTS, WES etc have to be cleared.
      If it was known, why I was made to pay up in the very beginning, they could have adviced that job services can be availed later.

      Thirdly, for availing concierge services, mail exchanges and calls were happening for over two weeks and still havent moved from where it started and concierge team doesnt have a clue of it.

      The response from Y-axis towards queries have delayed the entire process.

      Earlier I had a consultant changed as there were no responses from his end for a long period. This is my third/fourth consultant in an year's time and with the latest service consultant, it takes days of continuous follow-ups to get a query answered(Consultant -Mohita). After taking it up with the team leader (Savio) things haven't changed a bit. Fed up with the delayed service, I have requested for refund for which no response is received yet.
      For queries/complaints made, the answer is that "Its been discussed with manager and will be replied shortly" and this "discussion " never ends neither does the resolution.

      I want my refund to be processed as the careless, lethargic and easy go attitude from Yaxis employees cannot be taken anymore as it is further delaying an already time consuming process.

      Got a call from Y axis on 14th June. The assistant manager from process team alongwith concierge team heads spoke. Confirmed on no delays further and promised on assigning new senior consultant.

        I suvasish chowdhury, prime member of your job portal, at the time of counselling your consultant give green signal for rubber industry jobs are available in portal but... No... (No feedback call recd/ no reply against mail from consultant) one month gone but no rubber jobs is there. Pl. Look into the matter and take action for the same.

        After paying them hefty amount, i being the premium customer now, they assigned me a process consultant. Last i heard from the process consultant was two weeks ago and after that i tried his number and sent emails many times but still no response. I am beginning to think this is fraud as everybody else is complaining.

          In the month of march i reached out to yaxis overseas careers office located in whitefield fr canada pr process and they said i qualify for pr in my domain and for that they charged 1700 and after that they brought their membership scheme and said if i pay 120000 i get all benefits for job search, visa processing and spouse application in future etc etc. And when i asked can i withdraw if i dont want to proceed for any reason in future then they said yes i have an option to do so. And i said i need some time to think and later continuously i was contacted back to back and pushed saying after march they payment may increase we are giving offers this n that. And finally i made the payment by end of the march month. And after making payment i got a payment invoice saying the amount which i paid is non refundable so i called them and i asked what is this term which i was not aware and then they satrted to tell me that there are terms n condition which are there in the agreement which we will send you now. Please read n sign it. I was totally shocked, because first you should tell the terms n then confirm on all clause then go for payment. But then i came up with my personal reason which i cant tell i dont want to share but told them see i have not yet signed the agreement n i do not agree with terms and i want the payment which i made back. Once reason of which i could not able to proceed is gone i will come back to you fr pr processing. And its been 2 months and all the people at y axis just playing with my feelings n pushing me here n there. Saying that team will contact you.. This team will contact you but no one is giving any information about the refund.

          Guys can anyone help me how to get my money back from them.

          Yes, you concerning team do get in touch with me and refunded 1.06 lack rupees but the there is still 10000 rupees which is outstanding and your people are neither responding on call nor on emails. So i do not believe that is issue is completely solved.
          It would be great if anyone will reach out to me or transfer the outstanding amount as early as possible.

          I will never suggest anyone to go for y-axis ever.

            Y-axis are very unprofessional organisation. It has miss guided me for the process of obtaining pr of canada and also showing that my case is resolved, which is not true.               I have been trying to contact my yaxis consultant (Mr. Savio paul) since last one month and there is no response whatsoever. I have been calling them every single day and the ivr goes on saying your consultant is unavailable. I have paid 1 lakh rs for my canada pr and the consultants are giving me such pathetic services.

              Need to escalate this and bring them in light about such pathetic services.

                I am registered with y axis and its been 2 years and i have paid an amount of 1, 28, 886rs for pr process. Intially my process consultant was pradeep nathan
                And later bhavana who told that even clb 7 is enough for pr process and also after the result they gave positive evaluation report but after paying the amount he told me i should get clb 9. They gave me false assurance and got all my money. I borrowed the money and only paid for this process as they gave postive evaluation but now they are not responding to my call and mail. Pls help me i need the refund amount inorder to give to the person i borrowed.

                      Team,

                      I contacted y-axis, melbourne office on friday, april 12th, 2019 for evaluation of my profile for immigration opportunities to canada. Their consultant mr. Jawahar asked me to pay a$100 as their fee for evaluation of my profile and promised me that i will be receiving my evaluation report by monday. I paid the amount through my credit card and notified them about the same. Post receipt of the payment, he arranged a call back for me from their expert consultant mr. Arvind who spoke to me about my work experience and education so that he could understand my profile and generate a report. We agreed that he will ask his colleague mr. Jawahar to send me few details on my email the same day which i would go through and confirm after which i will be issued my evaluation report. However, to my surprise i have not received any email from mr. Jawahar or arvind till today which is a service level breach. I have whatsapp conversations where mr. Jawahar has agreed to send me the details shortly.

                      When i contacted y-axis melbourne office on monday, april 15th, i was told by a female employee that mr. Jawahar has gone on easter breaks which was very shocking as he was supposed to send me the details and final report by monday (That day). On my request when i got connected with mr. Arvind, he assured me that he will get it done today and i would surely receive an email from any other y-axis employee since jawahar has gone on leave, however surprising to say still no result. Why do y-axis have no back up planning to handle cases in situtaions where one consultant is away on his breaks? Why do customer has to suffer and wait because of y-axis' own incompetencies?

                      Finally, i sent whatsapp messages to mr. Jawahar on tuesday, april 16th, and he said he is on emergency leave but he would make sure that i will get the email shortly. To my surprise till today i haven't received my report or any email from y-axis. I have been mentally tortured by them and i feel cheated by y-axis team.

                      I request you to please resolve my case and get me refund of my money and compensation. I am no more interested in dealing with y-axis any more.

                        My name is maninder kaur, from amritsar. I had paid rs.42000/- for canada immigration process. Initially the concerned consultant told me that if i get 6 bands in each, i will be eligible for pnp with the cut off of 60. After paying the fee, the case was transfered to the process consultant. He said that i can only be eligible for pr after getting clb9. This i already told to the consultant that i am unable to get clb9.

                        I want to submit that i am living alone with my mother. My father is no more. The only income source for us is my job. My all siblings are settled with their own families. No one help us. Since my company is having some funds related issue, i dont get my salary on time. It delays 2 months in current scenario. I have to pay rent of our house, grocery, medicine & some more miscellaneous expenses.

                        My mother is 65yrs old she is having health issues, like bp, knee joint problem. She could not able to walk. The doctor told us that she needs knee replacement surgery. I had already shown the reports to the y-axis team.

                        With the ongoing situation i am unable to proceed for my mother's treatment. I am in depression, unable to concentrate in my studies. I cant get clb9.

                        By writing several mails to y-axis they only agreed to pay me 60% refund. Y-axis has not utilised my money. I had done eca myself, had paid separately for evaluation too. But they are not agreeing.

                        Kindly help i am going through very tough phase, where i am mentally upset and i can do anything wrong.

                          My name is priya and i had consulted your office for assistance regarding my visit visa application to canada in the month of june 2018. The visa was refused and we did not follow up (As i was very busy with work). Now, i have started refiling the visa application and was checking the documents submitted initially. To my horror there are so many errors including spelling mistakes which would have been avoided so easily. I am ofcourse very disappointed with the quality of the service, but that's not the issue i am talking about. I am complaining about the obvious mistakes which shouldn't have happened in first place.

                          The file was handled initially by anuradha j and later by sajjad ali. I must say that he was the least knoweledgeable consultant about the whole visa process. I regret that i contacted your team and i would never recommend anyone to consult your team again.

                          I am going to share some of the blunders he has made while filing the application. We trusted yoiur expertise so much that we did not cross check the documents and now we deeply regret it.

                          Any one with basic mathematic skills, please sum the total amount in cad and figure out it is correct. How on earth can a visa consultant do such a mistake. Its providing false information to visa office which can seriously hamper our subsequent chances. This is not a joke.

                          A particular paragraph in the cover letter "my only intention to travel canada is to visit my spouse mr. Pradeep chandra mynam after our
                          Marriage. He will be travelling to canada immediately after our marriage to complete his
                          Contract which is till sep 28, 2018. I would like to accompany him and also to spend some
                          Quality time with him as part of our honey moon. During the visit, we would also like to visit
                          Some famous places in canada along with my spouse.
                          We both will return to india after the short trip as my contract end on september 28, 2018. Please
                          Find the enclosed our marriage invitation card and invitation letter from my spouse for your kind
                          Reference.

                          If you read the above paragraph, it starts as if my wife is addressing the visa officer, but in the second paragrapgh it magically changes as if i am addressing the officer. Refer to first line of the second paragraph.

                          And there are so many spelling mistakes like oanada.com (Instead of oanda.com), reliving (Relieving), relation ship (Relationship) etc. We paid you assuming that you will take care of the documentation and the accuracy of it. If you expect us to correct and cross-check every step, then what is the point of choosing a so called expert service.

                          I had a very difficult experience with the agent while filing the application also. He insisted that we file paper application stating that it would be difficult to compress the documents. I wanted an online application. I had to convince him so much that at some point i told him that i would compress the documents and pass on to him. Thats when, he finally accpeted to do the job himself. Also most of the letters submitted were standard copy-paste stuff. Well, thats our mistake to trust you guys in first place.

                          I know we cant fix it now. I dont know how you will take accountabulity for this mistake. But i will make sure that i will do everything in my capacity to stop my friends / colleagues / family / people from immigration forums from visiting your office.

                            It is a complete scam. They take money from people and just keep it with them without moving your file even to an inch. Trust me, we have real bad experience with them. Just don't trust them or their big banners across the city. Its a big scamm!

                            So when you ask for refund, Y-AXIS denies saying they will only pay 10 %. Why will some one except that? After waiting for 2 years, they just want to give my money only 10%. Moreover, their employees are rude, and bang the phone on your face. Their attitude is that either you take whatever 10% we are giving you or wait until we can get you result. After waiting for 2 years, does any one really have any patience left. Surely not. So better not trust these guys and pay them. Once your money is with them, you will only keep waiting for results endlessly. Trust me.

                                I have applied for Canada immigration via y axis and have already made the payment to them.
                                Initially in order to make me their customer there was a constant follow up and now, once I have made the payment, there is no response to many infinite mails to them.

                                where are the people at y axis? have all vanished?

                                never ever thought that a company like y axis would be like this.

                                I have mailed them at support and complaint team numerous times but there has been no reply or call back, not even once.

                                I really dont know what to do? where to go? whom to approach?

                                I am worried that my immigration process will get hampered also, dont know how to get back my money that I paid.

                                Feel helpless and scared!!

                                  I have been requesting for a call back from ms. Neelima several times from past 3 weeks to book ielts and get update on express entry process. It took me 15 minutes to reach to customer care yesterday and ms. Banu assured me that i will get a call back within 1 hour which has not happened. This is pathetic customer service from y axis. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with the assigned agent and absolutely no support is provided even after paying a hefty amount.

                                    I had approached yaxis for counselling and guidance my son wrote his ielts and proposes to do his masters in canada in fy19. I had initially approached rajitha who was quite good in her responses and timely intervention from her side saw things moving. My son has started applying for universities and when i have raised a query to understand if we have missed any deadline the response was very poor. Thinking that rajitha can help i sent her a message where she kept on promising that pujitha will get back to me on my case i have been constantly following up for the past fortnight and finally when i sent a message today she very candidly states that i can call pujitha at her line and find out. Is this customer satisfaction? They just dont care and i think pujitha (Whoever looks more busy than our prime minister of india) i dont think i will ever recommend yaxis to any of my known contacts and have regrets of getting in touch with you even a small time firm would have done better and given a better response

                                    Y axis pujitha got back to me and it has been resolved. There was a misunderstanding due to a communication error and there is no grievance now thanks to pujitha to making it happen
