Complaint marked as Resolved Hello Team,
I would like to share the below two updates:
1. I had paid to Y-Axis total Rs. – 45312 and after raising the complaint on consumer forum; on 6th August Y-Axis agreed to refund me only Rs. – 30302
• For “UK-JAS-Y-International Resume” ; paid amount Rs. – 37, 524; received ( 60% refund ) Rs. – 22, 514
• For “JAS-Y- Zapping” received Rs. – 4, 248
• For “Jobsite-Premium Membership” received Rs. – 3540
2. On 23rd August, Rs. – 30302 was created in my account.
I paid a total of Rs. – 45312 and received a refund of Rs. – 30302. Now my point is Y-Axis started these services based on totally wrong information and misled us, so why are they not giving me a full refund. This is totally unacceptable, how come such a big company is playing with people’s dreams and sentiment, and they must be penalized for this kind of unethical activity. Now also Y-Axis is asking me again and again to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer forum. Therefore I’m marking this as resolved, however I have not received the full refund.
