[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Y-Axis Overseas Careers I'm complaining about the Job Assistance Services - UK Skilled Worker Visa

I was actively looking for an overseas job in the United Kingdom and a consultant from Y-axis approached me. I was eager and excited about it and paid a total of Rs. - 45312 [Rs. 38400+18% GST = Rs. 45312] as registration fees for marketing my resume to UK employers. However, the resume was not marketed properly with all incomplete profiles and details in the job websites and they are not applying for the jobs properly and on top of that the services are worse. After completing 3 weeks I still have not received a single call/e-mail communication form any of the recruiters. Now I discovered that the process Y-Axis is following is completely wrong; to get a job, the job seeker must have a UK work permit, else they will reject all the job applications as they give priority to those who got the employment permit. That means Y-Axis misled us from the very beginning intentionally to suck our hard earned money. The marketing team doesn't even respond to the emails. Now I am really frustrated and I want my hard-earned money back. It's not a joke to play with people's dreams and ruin their careers. I believe I will get justice and will receive a full refund. Kindly help me on this on priority, much appreciated your help and support.

I had paid to Y-Axis total Rs. – 45312 and after raising the complaint on consumer forum; on 6th August Y-Axis agreed to refund me only Rs. – 30302 • For “UK-JAS-Y-International Resume” ; paid amount Rs. – 37, 524; received ( 60% refund ) Rs. – 22, 514 • For “JAS-Y- Zapping” received Rs. – 4, 248 • For “Jobsite-Premium Membership” received Rs. – 3540 2. On 23rd August, Rs. – 30302 was created in my account. I paid a total of Rs. – 45312 and received a refund of Rs. – 30302. Now my point is Y-Axis started these services based on totally wrong information and misled us, so why are they not giving me a full refund. This is totally unacceptable, how come such a big company is playing with people’s dreams and sentiment, and they must be penalized for this kind of unethical activity. Now also Y-Axis is asking me again and again to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer forum. Therefore I’m marking this as resolved, however I have not received the full refund. I paid a total of Rs. – 45312 and received a refund of Rs. – 30302. Now my point is Y-Axis started these services based on totally wrong information and misled us, so why are they not giving me a full refund.
