[Resolved]  Y - Axis — refund of fee

I have been misguided by y axis consultancy service for immigration to canada. Process consultant was not having proper knowledge of immigration. They misguided me which resulted delay in the process and i lose my comprehensive ranking score (Crs) points. It was completely their fault. I approached to many high-level leadership to escalate my issue but there was no fruitful result from that also. They have completely spoiled my career as because they promised me that they will immigrate me to canada after looking my profile. However, the service was very pathetic, they were only money oriented without thinking much about the customer. I am extremely disappointed with their service and want the refund of my fee because i don't want to complete the service with such kind of organization. Few days before they told me that we will refund you as it was fault from there side but now they refuse to pay me back my hard-earned money.

This is an official response from Y-Axis!

In regards to your concern, I understand that you are not happy with the services rendered that is why, you have raised your concern here.

Y-Axis provides Immigration and Visa Advisory Services, however the processing of documentation is a complicated process. We cannot assure on the visa as we do not have any upper hand on the application. However all the deliverable as per the SLA has been provided. So, it is evident that there is not lapse from Y-Axis.

However, our Client Relationship Department will get in touch with & will provide a resolution.

I am not asking you to provide the VISA. it is the most immature excuse you are trying to put forward.
when I called Y-Axis before taking the service, they told me that Passport is only required in the final stage of permanent resident VISA. when I tried to book the IELTS after 2 months of preparation, I came to know that passport is the only valid document accepted. This was a major misguidance from Y-Axis and lost my CRS score because of incomplete information of the consultants.
Before making the payment for your services, I showed my education documents and explained that I cannot produce any other document apart from them for WES evaluation. Your consultants again gave surety to me that they are enough. When I submitted my documents, WES asked for more documents and was opposite of what your consultants said to me.

Are they the deliverables as per your SLA?

Is this not evident that there is a lapse from Y-Axis?

Kindly Justify and refund my money back.
