I had been asked to pay money for some technical evaluation by yaxis person (2 times) for canada and australia each and have given me a report with details which i already know and have discussed with them prior to payment of fees.

It was like fraud by giving me a pdf file with details which i already know and passed on by myself. They were giving a report stating that, if i make ielts this you will go to "this" stream where...

I don't have the process consultant assigned since more than 2 months.

Issue:

1) i don't have a process consultant assigned to me consistently since last 2 months though i have already paid the full amount.

2) couple of consultants who were assigned during the last 2 months, didn't pick up the calls most of the time and were almost unreachable

They take money saying you are eligible but later say rules are changed and you are not eligible for refund.
