With a lot of positivity i have came to your consultancy regarding my canada process, after paying the process fee (26, 480) they started delaying the process and at the end your consultant was like application has closed. Is this the way u r doing to clients completely because of you people 1 year is going to waste. Don't believe in such a consultancy where they are playing with the life of other people.
When i ask for refund they were like we will check and will give only 20%. Without filing the application how can i go for 20% refund by keeping the mistake at their side
They are doing business in this way and earning money by playing with the life's of students. They were like if you want you can check in the agreement.
I don't know why no one is taking action against such kind of activities.

    With a lot of positivity i have came to your consultancy regarding my canada process, after payong the process fee they started delaying the process and at the end your consultant was like application has closed. Is this the way u r doing to ur clients completely because of you people completely 1 year is going to waste. Don't believe in such a consultancy where they are playing with the life of other people.

      Dear Concerned,

      I am writing this mail to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the amount ay services are delivered to me. Your process consultants are always trying to absolve themselves from the tasks for which payment has been made. Below are some very frustrating experiences:

      1) No reply on emails after rigorous follow ups. I am a working professional and have paid to avail services of Y-Axis for process efficiency however; what I have got in return is just not acceptable. ( Refer to the trail communication in details wherein the result of following up is that process consultant started to absolve her from all responsibilities)
      2) Very disappointing in terms of guiding and counselling on any related update.
      3) We are systematically refrained to call as any time you try to contact the consultant doesn’t pick up and answer your query.
      4) Express entry profile filed wrongly first time and even after that very harsh answer was given when the same is reminded to consultant. Also, spouse education details are not updated in EE profile for which eventually I have to remind after many days which has again brought my CRS score down at that point in time.

      Is there a formal customer grievance procedure then please do let me know as I have signed the service agreement with much expectation but now I believe that it was my biggest mistake.

      Dear Deepthi,

      As conveyed to you earlier, I have taken IELTS again and the results will be declared soon so if you surprisingly “Closed” my case mentioning it as part of the service agreement, then it may not be justified. Secondly, I believe that only registering express entry is not the motive for which any client will pay for the services as this can be easily done by any individual.
      Unfortunately, it seems that closing the case is priority rather than making things happen.
      Nevertheless to mention, I have to follow up rigorously for so many times for a simple query which makes my experience even worse. While signing with Y - Axis I have lots of expectations that my immigration case will be dealt with utmost sensitivity and sense of priority. I am a working professional and that’s why the responsibility was delegated to renowned company like Y- Axis but all has gone in vain with the kind of services delivered...they are far away from expectations.

      I hope you will acknowledge that it is your responsibility to update the profile whenever required like revised IELTS scores and filing of EOI wherever chances are bright ( must be initiated from your end). Today you have written that EOI for New Brunswick will be filed only after when I have followed up several times. Also, you have mentioned that my chances are low as they give priority to clients who attended the information session - So my question remains that “ Is it not your responsibility to guide me or inform me regarding the same earlier rather than being reactive?

      Ms Achira- Hope you will add some valuable inputs on the part of service agreement for which I have paid. Kindly do let me know what additional fee I have to pay to Y- Axis after receiving my ITA.

        I have been misguided by y axis consultancy service for immigration to canada. Process consultant was not having proper knowledge of immigration. They misguided me which resulted delay in the process and i lose my comprehensive ranking score (Crs) points. It was completely their fault. I approached to many high-level leadership to escalate my issue but there was no fruitful result from that also. They have completely spoiled my career as because they promised me that they will immigrate me to canada after looking my profile. However, the service was very pathetic, they were only money oriented without thinking much about the customer. I am extremely disappointed with their service and want the refund of my fee because i don't want to complete the service with such kind of organization. Few days before they told me that we will refund you as it was fault from there side but now they refuse to pay me back my hard-earned money.

        In regards to your concern, i understand that you are not happy with the services rendered that is why, you have raised your concern here.

        Y-axis provides immigration and visa advisory services, however the processing of documentation is a complicated process. We cannot assure on the visa as we do not have any upper hand on the application. However all the deliverable as per the sla has been provided. So, it is evident that there is not lapse from y-axis.

        However, our client relationship department will get in touch with & will provide a resolution.

        Dear client relationship officer,

        I am not asking you to provide the visa. It is the most immature excuse you are trying to put forward.
        When i called y-axis before taking the service, they told me that passport is only required in the final stage of permanent resident visa. When i tried to book the ielts after 2 months of preparation, i came to know that passport is the only valid document accepted. This was a major misguidance from y-axis and lost my crs score because of incomplete information of the consultants.
        Before making the payment for your services, i showed my education documents and explained that i cannot produce any other document apart from them for wes evaluation. Your consultants again gave surety to me that they are enough. When i submitted my documents, wes asked for more documents and was opposite of what your consultants said to me.

        Are they the deliverables as per your sla?

        Is this not evident that there is a lapse from y-axis?

        Kindly justify and refund my money back.

        This is an official response from Y-Axis!

        We understand that you have quite few concern on the services. But today, the first phase of the services has been rendered. The mandate documents requirement will be shared at the presales stage. Even for your ECA process, the documents requirement will be shared with the client at pre-sales stage.

        If you are lagging for any documents, our consultants are trained to suggest the alternate options. But we have seen instances, wherein the immigration authorities have asked for additional documents. Even your case was one such exception.

        So, it is evident that there was no lapse fromY-Axis in terms of the document. Your profile has been submitted and there in the pool. This means the documentation part went well.

        We would urge you to update our team, if you receive any communication from the immigration authorities.

          I had been asked to pay money for some technical evaluation by yaxis person (2 times) for canada and australia each and have given me a report with details which i already know and have discussed with them prior to payment of fees.

          It was like fraud by giving me a pdf file with details which i already know and passed on by myself. They were giving a report stating that, if i make ielts this you will go to "this" stream where i have already given my best ielts score which i have made.

          I have already filed express entry to canada by myself and have given application no to the contact person and he have forced me to do technical evaluation which was given without any crs score, for that too without any idea. I already have a crs score when i filed express entry by myself.

          These frauds are not ready to share any contact information of any person in their technical, or head office or grievance team even after requests.

          nonsense reply, You ask Mr.Dandapani from Coimbatore, India office who interacted with me about me, George from trivandrum... what clarity else you require.. I can give more name people who interacted, One male and another female who tried to convince in my language, when I was not ready to pay initially. Do you want me to name them too...

          You frauds have unnecessarily taken Rs.4000 from me, done fraud on me, cheated me and now you say than I am making complaint to defame you, You frauds...

            I don't have the process consultant assigned since more than 2 months.

            Issue:

            1) i don't have a process consultant assigned to me consistently since last 2 months though i have already paid the full amount.

            2) couple of consultants who were assigned during the last 2 months, didn't pick up the calls most of the time and were almost unreachable

            3) if they picked up the call, they had very little or no idea in terms of the provincial nomination.

            4) if i requested them to call me back, either they ignored my request or told me they will not call back.

              I only got refund of 24000 instead of 33800. Please refund Rs 9800 as well .

              Its been 1 month and i'm not satisfied with yaxis services because services not provided on timely basis.

                Friends please do not invest in Y Axis Overseas Careers - they are fraud.
                They take money saying you are eligible but later say rules are changed and you are not eligible for refund.
                So kindly spread this message and do not invest.

                They recruit all girls to trap customers and once customer is with Y Axis they will say after payment either Immigration Rule has changed or Candidate is not qualify for test and write more test.

                  We went to Y Axis on 26/05/2018 with a positive review and positive mindset to gain knowledge about the Canada and Australian PR Process. We were assisted by Consultant Chinmoy Bose. We had a detailed discussion and were asked to start atleast the Evaluation Process. We made payment on 4/6/2018. Evaluation report was positive. But we had to arrange big funds that were needed to be paid back to back. So we asked for a time period of a month or two for arrangement of the required fund, for which were said that our file is closed. This is extremely humiliating and worst behaviour on behalf of reputed organisation like Y Axis. I have attached the conversation. This is not the way of client handling. And moreover, we paid money and did our evaluation, it was not done free of cost by Y Axis, that they would show so much of arrogance.

                    I registered with y-axis to avail service for canadian pr in march 2018. My cin number is u64203tgi999ptc030865. So far there has been twice that because of y-axis process consultant my pr process has been delayed. Earlier it was mrinal chandra and now it is vishal raj. There was a delay earlier to start my eca process by mrinal chandra, i had to call multiple times at y-axis to get me a new process consultant. Now that my eca is done and i have got my wes report. I am trying to reach vishal raj since jule 15th by calling him and e-mailing him multiple times but there is no response. This is an example of a very poor service as because of them my whole process is getting delayed and there is no worth to the money i spend for taking y-axis services.
                    Please help me in getting this resolved at the earliest.

                      I have asked for the refund of the payment that i have made 3000 AUD dollar which is 150, 981.82 rs at y-axis immgration due to my application has rejected and the Mara agent has confirmed to refund back the cash which i did made to y-axis australia migration on May 2019 in within 1 week time but its already 6 weeks now and i am still not getting my refund back. whenever i replied the email to ask for refund, its either sometimes will reply by giving excuses that the person in charge is on leave please give time another a week or my email won't be attended and ignored after weeks of waiting. when i called in after few weeks waiting, the only excuses im getting is will ask the person in charge to return my call but until now i dont receive any call from CRO departments or even from mara agents on the status of my refund.                         I had enquirer about immigration to canada on 4th june 2018, where also i made a payment of rs 24, 990 at the y-axis gurgaon branch. Within 3 days of making the payment i had requested for the refund of the amount due to the change in plan. I was assured by shabana khan who was my consultant that i would get my money back. It has been more than two weeks that i have been trying to contact the y - axis team but everytime i call, it says that consultant is busy. I need all my money back as i haven’t used any service of yours. I need a revert back from you guys, else i would have to go to the consumer cell

                          If this is the kind of response given by the hr and the company now after many complaints from the existing employees they are installing cctv camera's in the office of koramangala.

                          I don't have anything further to add everything has been mentioned in details in my previous complaints.

                          I want my 1 month salary and commission. 1st i have to bear the harassment from this pathetic company and now they dont want to give my salary.

                          I am not sure if this forum is of any help to me i have been just putting complaints but the only response from the hr is it false and they have addressed all my concerns.

                          If this forum is of no help let me know where i should put my complaints. This company is a cheat they give salary on 4th of the month and hold of everyone salary like this.

                            What evidence the hr has. She is talking on air she has got things written from the people whom i have complaint against.
                            She is just talking about the notice period which will b impossible to serve in a company like this which.

                              There has been so much harrasment n mocking at the work for which I do not have the proof as we were not allowed to use our phones nor there are CCTV cameras.

                              After putting complaint on the forum the HR is putting the blame on me.
                              Please look at the response from the manager how can a person use unhihenic fatulous n dirty to a women if a person has fallen sick.
                              If this concerned person falls sick will he say the same words to his wife sister or mother.

                              Working with Y-Axis Koramangala branch was a hell.
                              Now this people r forcing me to serve notice period at a location which is unsafe for women to get my salary.
                              How can continue working with the organisation which do not care about the safety n work ethics within the organisation.

                              We have all evidences to support our response. Also, we have already communicated to her that we are ok for her to serve her notice period, as per policy, but the location would continue to be Salt Lake Office only.

                              This location has been confirmed to her since the beginning but she has been demanding Kolkata Office only. She needs to understand that there is no position available in Kolkata office. This has been explained to her multiple times but she refuses to understand company's perspective.

                                Me and my friend have joined the y-axis overseas consultancy to fulfill our canada immigration dreams. On the name of overseas career and immigration, y-axis has cheated us.

                                They literally looted amount of 1.5 lacs from us and did nothing. Upon multiple compliance also there is no response. They have got the money and they simply ignored us. Such kind of company should be ceized to exist.

                                Hello,

                                As discussed with you previously on call and in person yesterday, we are highly dissatisfied with y-axis services in our canada pr process. And want the full amount refund henceforth.

                                We have been charged nearly one and a half lakh rupees and all we got from y-axis is the express entry profile like some profile in facebook with mere information that we have provided. Every single expense for the courier process, wes evaluation and all was ours again after spending so much on you guys for just the creation of profile in express entry pool.

                                After the creation of profile, we have been given so much wrong information and agents doesnt have any ideas of process or the ways in which the pr process can be done. When asked about dual intent they said no idea. Also there was not even a word help on study visas etc.,

                                No information has been provided on the pnp and respective application dates were not communicated effectively. Initially it was conveyed that we can apply for all provinces and nothing was said about charges for individual provinces. This is a purposeful attempt to get the ignorant customers enrolled.

                                Even the services like resume buildibg are of poor quality and highly dissatisfacyory. Atleast grammatical mistakes are not expected. The resume we provided was even ruined.

                                We were told that our profile would be marketed but it did not go past the resume building stage and none of the agents seems bothered enquiring about it despite of repetitive calls.

                                There were situations where the process consultant told that his job is over and he cant do anything.

                                No information regarding canada government authorized immigration agent for y-axis is provided nor the information on sponsorship programmes.

                                And on top of all these there is no ownership or responsibility from any person that we have interacted with. Clients or their money or their time is not at all valued. Even after the above concerns were raised through mails and calls there was no response at all. And it is an year that there is no response. Which is the lowest standards of consulting firms.

                                We went through a lot of pain with consultana apart from the normal process which was not even carried out properly. We need a full refund for this.

                                As discussed process the refund for us both at the earliest. We hope atleast this is considered seriously and the mail would be forwarded to the concerned depaetment with us in loop andgivibg us a call back on daily basis providing the updates on refund process.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I have been working with y-axis koramangala branch bangalore since dec 2017.
                                  I joined the company since it has branches in other cities and they have written so good things about the company towards married women.
                                  I am not sure if it with me or with other employees working with the branch i came across lot of weird comments from the senior employees there. I got training for 1.5 months and then i was given the opportunity to handle the customers.
                                  To tell you more about the company it is immigration consulting company which handles overseas pr and recruitment.

                                  When i started with the direct interaction with the clients and since i was new i needed support from the senior staff. During that time all the men senior employees including atl (Hari) and manager (Mithun)
                                  1. Women come only for salary and time pass they are good in passing over work to men, and you are one among them, and now i am going to take your trip, i will stop all your general and sat enquiries.

                                  2. The atl hari shout on top of the voice and are good in teasing and making mockery about any query or clarification on the work.

                                  3. Even while giving the business to the company the senior said its not my effort and they had put there entire sweat on helping me to survive and get the.

                                  4. Even being formally clothes my atl use to call me in his cabin and used to stare at my clothes saying "i thought its a casual dressing" this has happened multiple times.

                                  5. Every time and then the senior use foul languages and dirty jokes on women,

                                  6. When one of the senior had falling sick the the atl and manager started commenting that its because of me he is falling sick.

                                  7.in the month of february, my general and sat enquirers were stopped without giving a clarity an opportunity was removed.

                                  I have given the details of the events happened during my 5 months tenure with the organization.

                                  Why i have brought this up and had kept quite thinking things will get better and then my husband got a relocation from his company to kolkata.

                                  For this i had informed and requested the hr and manager that i would wish to relocate to kolkata during april month and could not inform them with the exact date of relocation due to my husbands sudden bad health.

                                  The hr and manager had agreed for my relocation but since i was not sure about the exact date i could not clearly tell them about my relocation date. For this reason my manager and atl use to taunt me "why unnecessary i am creating news about relocation when i am simply saying things on air and they said come with the confirm ticket then we will talk about relocation".
                                  All this while i had informed my hr that by april or may 1st week i would relocate.

                                  My husband could not join office for 1.5 months due to his slip disk office and once he was given a go from the doctor he had to relocate immediately as he had to start his office work or else his salary would start deducting.

                                  I informed about my situation on 19th april to the hr and manager and when they got to know my confirmed date of relocating they started creating nuisance.

                                  They started setting targets for me saying i will not be able to relocated until i meet monthly target which i was not aware of. I was aware of min billing for the company which was 2 lakhs per month for the employees of my role.

                                  I had been meeting this 2 lakhs rupees target in march and had finished my target within 20 days in april month.

                                  I requested then for proper relocation but they denied saying i have to meet targets which i was never made aware.

                                  When i said i cannot leave my husband and stay alone and offered to resign they said they will not give my salary and my commission for the effort put in getting business to the company if i do not serve 1 month notice period.

                                  When i complained to the hr about the working environment and the behaviour of the senior employees they have put the blame on me and have rejected all my claims.

                                  Ans:this statement is false. None of them will do this. We've had in the past & we continue to have women working in the koramangala office & most of them have been successful with us.

                                  2. The senior employee shout on top of the voice and they are good in teasing and making mockery about any query or clarification on the work.
                                  Ans:not possible. Unprofessional behavior is not accepted

                                  3. Once i had achieved my monthly billing the senior said its not my effort and they had put there entire sweat on helping me to survive and get the,.
                                  Ans:feedback is not taken positively. We usually advise the new hires that next time/client you need to close the case or turn around the same by yourself though we continue to assist them month after month.

                                  4. Even being formally dressed there was an escalation on my clothing, so for no rhyme or reason i was picked up by the atl
                                  Ans:this happened when she wore a capri pants which was short in length and the feedback was given as per our policies and in a very polite manner.

                                  5. On the floor there is always foul languages and dirty jokes on women, as well there was joke on the floor whoever is mentoring me are falling sick and going unwell.
                                  Ans:false allegation! Unprofessional behavior or language is not accepted
                                  With regards to mentors falling sick is absolutely true. She was very unhygienic (Very bad body odor and flatulence).

                                  6.in the month of february, my general and sat enquirers were stopped without giving a clarity an opportunity was removed and moreover these days general is also not given an partiality has been maintained.
                                  Ans:when the follow up's and sales are poor, this usually happens and we keep the ic's posted on the reason. Added to this, she was arrogant at times in her counselling. Please find email attached

                                  I feel degraded and harassed working in such environment and to tell you very frankly i have never seen such pathetic and disturbing working culture.
                                  Ans:she had no respect towards seniors and uses to address them as "oye" followed by name. We 've never harassed any team member in this branch. We insist that they follow the sales process & do their work well but never degrade or harass

                                  There has been a complaint from one or two employees as well about the working environment in y-axis koramangala but no action has been taken instead there salary is not given.

                                  The company has neither given my pf details nor esi number.
                                  My major concern is that even putting all my hard effort my salary is not given for the april month and a commission of 10 to 12k is also been held up.

                                  Just to revive my career after a gap of 4 years i started working in a company which was 2 hrs one way journey from my house in bangalore.

                                  Let me first share some details about our company which will help you understand this case better.

                                  We are No. 1 in India as an Overseas career expert and as an Immigration Consultant. We started in the year 1999. We are currently operating from more than 28 locations (both in India & Overseas) with over 1000+ employees on rolls of the company. Over 50% of our workforce are women and they are holding leadership / managerial positions in the company. We are a working mother friendly company and an employer of choice for women who wish to focus on their careers while having a perfect work life balance.

                                  As part of our work culture, we ensure, regardless of gender, that each & every employee is treated with respect, more so women. Unprofessional behavior is never accepted, at any level, and anyone who is found violating the professional code of conduct, appropriate action is taken including termination. As part of our policies, we also focus on professional attire at all times. As part of the feedback mechanism, we frequently conduct surveys wherein we take feedback from the employees in confidence related to many aspects so that necessary action, if any, can be taken.

                                  As part of the deliverables for a sales professional, employees are supposed to manage the counseling sessions, customer service, regular follow ups, focusing on closures and revenue generation. It is also made clear that there would be targets that are required to be met month on month and to earn commissions it is important to achieve the minimum billing. Both the minimum billing & targets are shared regularly by the reporting managers on a weekly basis. They are also given comprehensive product training and continuous hand holding so that they are able to achieve the defined targets & grow in the organization. If the employee is unable to follow up with the assigned enquiries, as a process, we don't assign them new prospects/enquiries. Also, to ensure results are consistently met and they try achieving the targets, regular feedback is given by the seniors/Managers on the improvement areas so that the corrective actions can be taken.

                                  The person concerned here was a part of the Sales team for Koramangala office, Bengaluru region. Feedback given by seniors was not taken positively. Also we had instances with her where she communicated rudely with the clients and she was arrogant. She was also given feedback on the same. We had a request of relocation from the concerned person and we were ready to help her in the same. HR got in touch with her on 3rd April-2018 to check the tentative date of relocation so that it can be looked into but she confirmed her relocation plan is postponed due to personal reasons. She was informed to let HR know as & when the date is finalized so that we can help her. We received a communication from her on 21st April-2018 that her tickets are booked for 26th April-2018. We confirmed that we would be happy to help her in relocation but she needs to complete her commitments towards the branch & clients that month in the existing branch & from 1st May-2018, she can be relocated to our Salt Lake Branch, West Bengal, as we have requirements in that branch.

                                  She started creating an issue that she was never aware that targets need to be met which is surprising statement to come from a sales professional. She also started demanding that she only needs Kanak branch, West Bengal, as it is closer to her home which we did not agree as to meet a personal requirement there needs to be a business requirement too in that location. As we did not agree to her demands, she started giving us feedback on the work environment at her branch & how she was insulted & mocked time & again which is absolutely false. We continue to have women staff in that branch who have been successful as the leaders in that branch are very supportive and encouraging. The Branch Head is one of the most successful and appreciated managers in the company and he has always helped his team members so that they can excel in their careers. She never informed HR either in writing or verbal about the issues faced during her career with us. She not even participated in the survey that we rolled out which gives an additional platform for the employees to give us feedback. When HR spoke to her a couple of times she did not mention any of the concerns. She is bringing all these issues/ concerns now as she finalized her relocation date herself without looping the Manager & HR and we are not ok with it as there is a process that needs to be followed. Had the work environment been so unfriendly and intimidating, she would have brought into our notice and would have discontinued in the beginning itself rather than continuing with us.
