[Resolved] Yaantra — customer satisfaction | |
I had given my phone to get it fixed on the 24/06/2019. My id is 228952. Over the past few days i have had no notification from yaantra about the status of the phone. I called nearly 12 times over the past 2 days. The yaantra customer care picked up and said they would transfer my call to the bangalore team. Till now the bangalore team call which was transferred has not been answered even once and i literally waited 5 to 10 min on hold. I would like to have my phone by the end of this week latest and i expected a better customer relationship from the bangalore side and studying customer retention i know how important it is to retain customers by providing the best care and responses to the customer. Can some one look into this issue and let me know if there is anything that can be done as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
