Hi, yesterday i raised order for screen replacement of my iphone 7. Executive came to my address, he changed screen, on which touch was not working, i showed him the issue then he out back my original screen only, after which my phone home button is not working now. No one from yantra call center was helping me out on this. Really disappointed with the service. I need my phone's home button to be fixed asap.

Yaantra Customer Care's response We have spoken with customer and same checked this case to our concern team as well. But she denied to take our services due to part quality issue so we put back her original screen back to her device. And also she didn't pay the service charges. As per customer complaint we will check and closed this case accordingly.
