My mobile phone was collected by the company representative for repair purpose on 28 aug 2018 with service id 164248. It was returned after two days with further more defects for which i was asked to pay more to rectify. On denial of extra payment, mobile was taken back and after various complaints and requests, they agreed to repair and give back in the initial promised cost. However, it was delivered again unrepaired on 05 sep 2018, and was again taken back for similar repair. A totally irresponsible and negligent behaviour by the company and an harrassment to the consumer based on false promises and fraud.
