[Resolved] Yaantra — not able to track my order

I have given my mobile phone for repair yesterday but i am not able to track it till now.in the customer contact number, i am given my very own number which is currently off now. They haven't sent me any details of my repair via mail till now. This is very unprofessional customer service by yaantra.
I would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

Updated by ak Bothra I have trusted Yaantra and expected a better service by them. But till now, they have been unresponsive.
